The Eternal Will of the Swarm
I hate stealth rock. It made some awesome pokemon useless. It would be better if it wasn't available to as many pokemon

Yeah, I tend to shy away from giving full-on support to unrealistic characters just because I don't like getting my hopes up. I do however make an exception for Banjo, because of that whole, y'know, favorite character ever thing.I noticed that my wishlist is (unintentionally) split into two halves; one for realistic characters and the other for unrealistic characters (I have twenty characters I want to see in the next game).
Like Kuma said, that's written in Portuguese, which I understand perfectly, since, well, I am Portuguese.mine would be Theodore Rosevelt
if one of you can give me the gist of this article, I'd appreciate it

I approach unrealistic characters the same way. I want characters like Geno, Lip, Deoxys, Slime, etc, but it's not worth me putting a ton of effort towards their inclusion. I mainly put forth effort towards characters I want to see in the next Smash that I feel have a real chance of getting in.Yeah, I tend to shy away from giving full-on support to unrealistic characters just because I don't like getting my hopes up. Bad enough they gave Blissey the ability to learn Stealth Rock when its a ****ing tank. lmaotwo words: stealth rock
This thread should have coded music like 4chan does sometimes. It's be hilarious.Well, the music can change the entire mood of anything. Suddenly the serious becomes comical, while the mundane becomes epic.
Native speaker here buddy, what ya want?actually a fire emble game could be cool without the conventional fire/wind/lighting wheel, maybe they could do a water/earth/wind wheel
by the way, is anybody fluent in spanish
two words: stealth rock
The board was down for the majority of the day.Wow. This thread moved only a few posts in a day... That's rare.
Oh, I see. It's coincidental that my internet wasn't working either. The board was down for the majority of the day.
Because Captain Falcon and Ness have appeared in so many new games right? There is a lot of idiots over at NeoGAF that think K. Rool won't be in Smash 4 because he is "irrelevant" to the DK series due to DKCReturns. There are some who even think Lucina is going to replace Marth. As dumb as this place gets sometimes, its probably the smartest place for Smash Bros. discussion.

Well, here's a thing though. Putting effort is really meaningless if you think about it. By now 90% of the roster must have been decided. No ammount of rallying or chanting os gonna change who got in or not. The only ones worth supporting are late-comers, characters who had little support a year ago, but now are seeing a rise (like Ashley). And 3rd party characters, who still very much a shot in the dark.I approach unrealistic characters the same way. I'm not gonna lie, I don't see K.Rool as likely as most people around here do. Mostly because I've never cared much for him, and I think Diddy+Dixie is a better choice (though both can easily happen). I just don't see him as a sure-fire shot. He could very well end up being the next Ridley. There is a lot of idiots over at NeoGAF that think K. Rool won't be in Smash 4 because he is "irrelevant" to the DK series due to DKCReturns. I've actually never played a WL game. I heard that it's hard to die in them, so idk.Speaking of WL getting shafted, I don't think that poses well for me to even see anything WL-related unfamiliar. I just really am annoyed and disappointed that WW seems relevant enough to be used again for Wario-representation. Why are the people who grew up with 90's Wario getting so shafted here?
On the positive notes, I'm just looking way so much forward to SMG-stages and think SMG-representation all the time in SSB4. Maybe because those games are so close and great to me because it's what I truly consider the best Mario-work since both 64 and World. Sunshine wasn't too bad, but Galaxy beats it by a big notch. I'm sure Wii U and to some extent, 3DS would bring these places and memories alive in much brighter reimagined form. Ah~ (-´2`-)
Umm yes. If Sakurai decides against a New Mushroom Kingdom stage, then we'll probably see Bowser's Castle. The only reason I believe it's either/or right now is because of many Mario stages I'm expecting to be new in addition to the returning stage. So Starphoenix, do you see Bowser's Castle as a possibility?
As for F-zero, assuming Samurai Goroh got in as playable, do you think that the stage would be Red Canyon?
Ugh, Sunshine is terrible. The water mechanic is as gimmicky as can be. At least with Galaxy the atmosphere and music make up for the game's linearity. On SMG, I disagree that it's better than Sunshine. Not by a long-shot. Sunshine is the best 3D Mario imo, it's got fluid an tight gameplay. Wide open levels to explore, and unique platforming challenges. The whole game is just so great, the only flaw is that there isn't more. I must have beaten Sunshine a good dozen times.
So far, SMG2 has failed to impress me, or even capture me. Not the mention the controls aren't nearly as tight as 64 and Sunshine, Mario moves so slow.. It's a pain in the ***, and it removes all the creative shortcuts one could take to the star. Something generally impossible in the Galaxy games because they're so linear. Not to mention all the damn hand-holding. The physics in the game are great, but they are nowhere near as good as the previous 2 3D Mario titles. Here's to hoping WiiU Mario goes back to the tight open-world platforming.
I agree that SMG levels in Smash4 will be great though. Especially if they have a quirky gravity gimmick.
Nintendo never said they weren't going to have appear. They will be there, and will have several conferences in smaller scale than years past. Even then they still may have a main presentation. Nintendo did the same thing last year: they had a Nintendo Direct before their conference and a smaller conference the day after their E3 presentation focused solely on 3DS titles. All Nintendo is trying to do is reach specific audiences without the juggle routine of cramming it all into one hour long presentation. Gamers don't care about Wii Fit U, distributors don't care about title announcements with the same investment as gamers, et cetera et cetera. Personally, I like this strategy. I'll miss the glitz and glamour but E3 is a shell of its former self anyways. Nintendo does not need some big, fancy presentation to get their information out. The media isn't going to punish them by not reporting information. Will we be getting any info at E3 now that we know Nintendo won't have an official appearance?
For me the hype has reached that moment in which I don't feel it anymore. I'm like in a limbo, and I can't seriously put my attention in any other videogame... Thank God this doesn't affect other parts of my life.I really can't believe we are only 1.5 months away from a Smash 4 unveil. Literally just six weeks away from an unveil.
I guess stupidity makes time fly.I really can't believe we are only 1.5 months away from a Smash 4 unveil. Literally just six weeks away from an unveil.
Yep... Mine includes the first half. Skull Kid, Duck Hunt Dog, and King Boo are all on the 'other' half.I noticed that my wishlist is (unintentionally) split into two halves; one for realistic characters and the other for unrealistic characters (I have twenty characters I want to see in the next game).
Amazing Game. Well worth $40 in the US. I was kicking myself today over not waiting and getting the Blue FE:A 3DS over the black. I may have the Falchon-Dragon symbol engraved latter...Well I'm looking forward to some TV series (Arrested Development) and movies (Only God Forgives) coming this month that will ease the wait.
I have to get Fire Emblem Awakening also.
