I went to that petition, expecting to see a bunch of signatures, but there's only 2 out of a required 50.

50 isn't enough, Deity, nowhere close.

Wow Diddy :laugh: Anyways, I am going to love smash bros regardless of whether Ridley makes it or not. Mainly because I don't really like Metroid, so it doesn't affect me. It would still be cool having him join though.

We just need to convince Sakurai that he is wrong in this instance, because as somebody said before, Sakurai and the Smash games ARE NOT PERFECT and are PRONE TO MISTAKES. This is one of them. Sakurai IS NOT a GOD we should all worship everything he does, enough if it's wrong,... instead, as all politicians, he should be questioned for his actions if they go against the public's interests. That's why I started this petition - to fight the injustice of Ridley's inequality and the prejudice of Metroid series as a whole by Sakurai.

Petitions (and rebellions) have WORKED once before many times, and it will work this time. As long as we get enough supporters. We need to show Ridley our support!!!

No, I know. It's just fan petitions are unbelievably annoying and they just make the gaming community look worse. They are almost always started by people who believe the absolute biggest travesty in this world is not getting exactly what they want and so unbelievably sheltered that they identify this as a literal crime. Of course, I speak from experience and if I had access to a time machine, I would go back in time and thoroughly kick the crap out of my 16 year old self for acting like this.

So I really want Ridley to be a stage hazard now, only because I want to hear Habanero say "Pacman Tranner", "Mary and Lugia", "Donky Khan" and "blue hair".
