"I'm not just going to have ANY 3rd party for smash" OK possible but I doubt it :/ btw does any one have any full moveset ideas for him that I could look at? his move potential IS a bit shaky

And Mario Sports Mix was developed by Square-Enix, does that make it a Third Party game? It doesn't matter who the developer is, it matters who holds the rights to the IP. In the case of W101, the rights are seemingly jointly held by Platinum and Nintendo, making it a second-party, which counts as Nintendo characters.

I've seen those before, literally like a day ago though. just found an article about how putting them on the endangered species list would piss off some oil drillers or something like that

I'll say that after playing pikmin 3 I got more interested into wonderful 101, I need some over the top action in my life :p

Part of the charm of the game to me is the bat **** insanity of it the characters in reality are a parody more then anything or do the punch-out level stereotypes fly over your head? :p

Although, yes there are blatantly obvious stereotypes, its kinda like the makers of this game are saying: "DO YOU GET IT YET? ISN'T THIS FUNNY? HAHAHA!" After a while, it just becomes annoying and I just want to get away from it.
