And things over time become more scummy and noticable. Like with Kevin, d1 he was inacive, but we all had the hopes he would be active again. D2 he was still inactive and d3 he is still inactive so now it's something that we know for sure isn't going to change. I was hoping Beat would have stepped it up, but he hasn't.

These are things you should address imediately, was my issue. Even if you noticed it d1, you should have addressed him d2. Now you say this late d3? Bull ****.
