So this was initially gonna be a "fake" I was gonna make but I decided for it to be just a challenge on my own free time to see what I can manage to do. I haven't finished nor I'm nearly done at all, all I got so far is basic background, no trees nor the isle with the psynergy crystal or the characters are even done yet. Hell I might not finish it before the game comes announced lol. But I wanted to share the little progress I have made so far anyway.

Some time ago I wrote an idea about different weapon unleashes with different elements.
Would it be odd for Isaac's weapon to change only when he uses an unleash attack?
For example, normally he uses his Mii costume sword, but when he uses Titan Blade his sword turns into Gaia Blade, Legend then Excalibur etc. And then for his FS he uses Meggido, in which his sword turns into Sol Blade.

While not necessarily a leak in itself, the fact that we're even seeing remarks about having hopes for Golden Sun's return 10 years after DD is pretty exciting in itself when years ago something like this would have been instantly shut down as wishful thinking.

Can you imagine if Sakurai is aware of SSF and took some inspiration from Isaac there as well to make him? That would be crazy! I can see Sakurai wanting to use Utility Psynergy a lot because it’s so unique from the other fighters. Hopefully it will be a blend of that and earthbending.

Even if he was (which is possible) I think on the contrary that he'll stray from it as much as possible. It's something very common in the japanese industry culture; not using something someone else made. Using your own creation.
That's why a lot of japanese game dev spents tons of money on their own game engine rather than using already existing ones (Capcom had a lot of issues because of that, it costed them a lot.)

I wish people would stop saying these things to not only Isaac, but Assist Trophies as a whole.
We know Isaac is an Assist Trophy, but we can hope that he gets promoted as a fighter in FP2. Same goes others like Waluigi, Bomberman, Ashley, Takamaru etc.
It's really tiring to hear our hopes getting instantly shut down with 'No, they're staying as Assist Trophies. No upgrades whatsoever.'

This meme itself isn't related to GS itself, but swap Hollow Knight with Isaac and Mii costume with Assist trophy, then we get the most generic counterargument for Isaac as a DLC.

They can make an indie fighter, but since indie fans are more likely to think minor representation is good enough, that's not enough of a reason to spend time doing so compared to, say, millions having watched a video lamenting Waluigi still being an AT.

I tend to ignore them as they are a complete waste of time. It’s much better just talking about our characters having a chance and what they can bring to Smash.

Yeah, same with the Link model and all.
I think that 3rd felix was meant for a flashback or something, given the sepia tone. Maybe at some point the narration parts (when the game goes sepia and we just see the characters explain stuff by mimicking it) were meant to have some dialogues.
