Decided to make the thread for EVO which starts tomorrow! While most of the event is Bo3, it doesn't mean this tournament won't be hype for us viewers and it is very stacked with most of the PGR V3, a lot of Japan, and hidden bosses from the entire world.

If this is a sign of things to come for EVO. There is a chance we may be seeing upsets on the level of Civil War..

Yooo, KEN actually got 0 to death'd by Mistake...then proceeded to bring it all the way back and win the match (and the set). Mistake took a game after switching to ZSS, so he's definitely a promising player for sure.

Hey guys. I've seen the Melee community posting analysis stuff like the Top 50 players on the MIOM Ranking's match-ups. Those Google Sheets that show their head to head match-ups and highest placings. Is there such thing for the Wii U community, like the Top 50 PGR? I might take the time to make one if there isn't lol. I'm really focused on how the meta of the Wii U community is advancing.

If everyone watched it on TV rather than on Twitch, that would be a lot more helpful to us as a whole. If there are enough viewers on TV, it would be considered successful by the network and increase the chances of something like this happening again.

I'd categorize this as medium upsets player scale wise. I haven't been watching so I guess its not like Dreamland(?)(the tournament where Zero got like 90th)levels of upset or anything yet.
