There is another 128-man tournament being held at Tokyo University of Science. It starts soon on twitch.tv/ssb4tus and features some top-level talent. juddy96 was kind enough to translate the bracket (link here).

This was strange, to be fair.

He was kind of playing as though W-Time didn't exist. While his aggression was nice to see, it's never a wise decision to sleep on probably the most dangerous defensive move in the game.

oh do tell, what has ness done lately?

quite frankly im a little surprised people still see him as top 15. His results, especially as of late are lacking in all the strongest regions in the world. Characters like Tink, Megaman, and Marth have much better results since this latest patch hit. His theory is also not very impressive with his mediocre neutral and his ****ty disadvantage state. If he was better on paper then you might have an argument.
