Turning slowly, the dinosaur looked to see who bumped into him. He saw... nothing. Little did he know that the black figure was right in front of his eyes, but too thin to see from the angle.

"Someone there?" whispered the dinosaur, which came out as, "Brrrrum?"

 

[Yaya]

The figure slapped his hand against his forehead.

Of course, 3-d people can't see me when I'm like this.

The figure turned sideways, showing himself to the lizard body.

 

[Zook]

Yoshi jumped up. Whoa, what is it? He poked the figure, then jumped back. Weird! He must be, uh, magic, or something! Leaning forward, the dinosaur sniffed the black thing a few times. Huh, smells like licorice... But not mean. Yoshi did a lttile dance, strained hard, and produced an egg, which he grasped and held out to the thing. "Yo-shi! (For you!)"

 

[A6M Zero]

So this was the aura

Fox smirked back and whispered,

"Good luck." He threw his weight back against the invisible force and pressed his boots against Lucario's chest, then extended with all his strength.

 

[Lotasin]

Lucario was blown back, being thrust into a tree. 'Ugh, for a small creature, he sure is strong.' Lucario got up again, and raced towards him. All the while he was shooting Baby Aura Spheres, hoping one would hit a vital organ, if there so be one.

 

[-Olimar-]

Olimar was in terrible pain from the recent blasts. He stood up, with shaky knees. Olimar was enraged and irritated. "Why would anyone want to hurt another creature for no reason?! It's just wrong!" He yelled over the noise. Olimar thought for a second. A slightly evil grin spread from ear to ear. "But to protect myself... Is a different story..." He said quietly. Olimar threw 3 Pikmin at Fox. The Pikmin latched on, and attacked Fox rapidly with their okward heads. "Who are you? I must know!" He yelled furiously, as he leaped at his enemy, and slammed Fox in a berserk rage. Adrenaline filled his body. He had never had the desire to hurt another creature so much, he never felt this angry... It felt good.

 

[Yaya]

The figure stared blankly at the creature.

What is this thing? It lays eggs on command? It appears to be...giving it to me?

The figure slowly took the egg, but being 2-d, it dropped from his hands and hit the ground with a splat.

Oh, it is NOT going to like that.

 

[A6M Zero]

Fox winced as the pikmin beat at him, Olimar however has slammed into Fox's padded vest (saving him from being surely winded.

In a flash of brilliancy and reflexes, Fox raked the power button of his reflector. The 3 pikmin flew off with a satisfying ZAP. He dove forward and grabbed Olimar, continuing into a roll that brought him to his feet.

He saw the pulsing spheres flying towards him with Lucario in chase. For the briefest of moments he thought about holding Olimar in front of them, but surely that would shatter his helmet and kill the poor fellow. He tossed Olimar to the side and held down his reflecter, the battlefield flashed blue as each aura sphere shot back at Lucario.

 

[Lotasin]

Lucario stopped dashing towards Fox and looked curiously at the strange little man.

'He seemed to cowardly to ever retaliate to anything.' Lucario pondered.

Lucario watched in awe as Olimar attempted to kill this creature.

"Strange little man, what is your na-" Lucario was then pummeled by his own spheres and was thrown to the ground, unmoving...

 

[A6M Zero]

Something about Fox wasn't quite normal, but he looked the same. He wasn't this violent, and competition wasn't his sort of fun, not like this anyways. Then why was he acting like this?

Somebody had tampered with his scouter, and his scouter was flashing subliminal messages to Fox. He was running on artificial aggression and adrenaline, and now it was high time to go all the way. The subliminal messages became stronger. Fox took out his blaster again and aimed at Lucario, knowing that if he woke up his aura would make him stronger.

 

[-Olimar-]

Olimar was tired, and in great pain. "Please, spare me... " Olimar begged. He soon noticed that his Pikmin had passed. And he didn't have the strength to pluck more. "Urgh..." He groaned as he try to regain his stance. "Ah!" He yelped as his lack of strength pushed him back to the ground. Olimar never experienced such anger, pain, and violence. He gave up, and he soon lost conciounceness.

 

[Lotasin]

Lucario woke up a couple minutes later, in a daze. It Took him quite a while to regain balance, and to see straight. He shook his head once or twice and saw a cruel sight : The little man was on the ground, while the beast was aimning his gun at Lucario. Lucario was stronger than him at this point, but he was not faster than that fox or his lasers. He decided to fight no more.

"What did you do to him? He had nothing to do with you! This was between you and me!" Lucario yelled furiously.

Before Fox responded Lucario heard a slight beeping noise to the let of him, coming from behind the thick shrubbery and impenetrable trees. He squinted at the source of the noise, and where there was supposed to be green, there was black and blue.

'Is it another Lucario?' He wondered.

"You there! Behind the foliage! Show yourself!" He yelled.

 

[Rockin]

Suddenly, a adnormal size turnip was being thrown from the skies. It had a narrowed eyed face on it. It began to sore towards the agressive Fox Mcloud, hoping to hit. It would hurt a bit if it landed on him.

 

[A6M Zero]

Fox was tunnel-visioned on Lucario, so much so that he saw or heard nothing else. So, as he squeezed back on the trigger, he had no knowledge of the flying vegetable.

The turnip struck him square in the shoulder, sending the blaster shot awry and causing Fox to stumble back and to the left from the unseen sniper. (OOC: Lol)

Fox put his left hand to his scouters earpiece and pressed a button, looking in the direction of where he thought the turnip had flown from. His Arwing and scouter communicated with eachother, and the ship (which had circled the area) now aimed it's cannons again at the treetops and fired, sending a shower of debris into the air and falling to the ground. Always moving, Fox dashed to the side and once again aimed at Lucario, who was now a much higher threat.

"You might not choose to fight, but I'll choose to finish you. I thought you said you would decimate me!" More blaster fire, a shot on either side and one in the middle.

 

[Zook]

Gaping, the dinosaur stared at the black thing. M-my present...

Just as tears were welling up in his eyes, an awry lazer struck him in the tail. He shrieked in pain, and ran clumsily through the bushes, into the clearing where the fight was taking place, and smack into Fox McCloud.

 

[Rockin]

As the Arwing began firing, the trees up top was being shattered. Suddenly, from one of the tree tops that wasn't hit yet, a female blond in a frilly pink dress jumped from the high trees and began to pull out her pink umbrella with one hand while holding the turnip in another hand, which had a smiley face. As she was halfway to the ground, she threw another turnip at Fox as she made another attempt to stop the mammal on his tracks.

"Back off!" She commanded with a tone. She closed the umbrella and land on the ground with her pink high heels.

 

[A6M Zero]

The shots at Lucario missed as a result of Yoshi slamming into him, once again he had become tunnel-visioned.

Jolted back alert, he pulled the same move he had with Olimar. He dove forward, rolling back to his feet with Yoshi clutched tightly in his arms, directly in the path of the turnip.

 

[Lotasin]

Lucario seized this as a chance to save someone, a chance he had not gotten before. As the turnip came closer, Lucario ExtremeSped Right in front of the Blue Yoshi, taking the hit.

'This will only make me stronger' he thought to himself. A small smile spread across his face
'It's 4 against 1. This fox has no chance'

 

[Zook]

"Bwaaaaa...." Yoshi muttered. Wha-what happened? As he realized some animal was grabbing him, he struggled, digging his neck spikes into his assaulter.

A blue thing had just dashed in front of him, blocking some vegetable. Yoshi ate it.

 

[-Olimar-]

"Ugh..." Olimar groaned as he slowly gained conscienceness. He opened his eyes, as he slowly got up on his hands. Everything was spinning, and he was very dizzy. Yet another two enemies entered the fray! "What's happening..." He thought, as he vaguely witnessed the chaos unfold. "Hey... Blue creature... are you ok?" He asked, as he was slowly regaining his strength. "By the way," Olimar gained his full voice back, as he slowly stood up. "It's Olimar." He said with a smile. He picked out a full line of Pikmin, ready to protect himself from attack. His only choice was to fight back.

 

[Rockin]

The blond woman, known as Peach, glared at the fox while the other blue creature made a collision with it. "Give it up," She demanded. "You won't win. You're out numbered. Now...let the Yoshi go." The princess was worried for the safety of the Yoshi, who was being hostage. The eyes she had were serious with a mix of slight worry.

 

[Lotasin]

Lucario closed his eyes, preparing for the hit...It never came. He looked behind him to see the yoshi swallow something. Lucario chuckled to himself at the thought of the dinosaur gobbling it down. But then Lucario serious'd. He rolled behind Fox, preparing for an aura burst.

"Sweet dreams." Lucario said evil-ly.

OOC: Notice, I didnt attack you yet.

 

[A6M Zero]

Fox sneered in disgust and threw the lizard away. Two blaster shots at Lucario (before he moved behind Fox) with his right hand, an Arwing command with his left. (OOC: He took a potato chip, and ATE IT!)

The Arwing swooped down across the battlefield, firing cannons at the confined space.

"This is no dream." He crooned as he blurred and illusioned out of the way of the cannons and Lucario. Blaster fire sprayed all over as he pulled the trigger rapidly, swinging from side to side aiming at each opponent. The Arwing was set to strafe, and began to loop back around.

 

[Zook]

Yoshi was too busy being strangled to notice Olimar right now.

As the turnip moved through his system, it hardened and became an egg. With fearsome force and a shout ("YOHSI!!"), Yoshi shot the egg from his colon and towards his attacker, and flutter jumped away a bit.

He surveyed his surroundings, and was joyous that so many potential friends had appeared. He waved to them all.

 

[Lotasin]

'I'm obviously not going to get him at close range, so I'll have to shoot Baby Aura Spheres to get him. I just hope this time he doesn't reflect them,' Lucario planned inside his mind. Lucario ExtremeSped Into the air, dodging the lasers- just in time, looked down at the dashing fox, and shot as many spheres he could. He then fell to the ground. The ground beside him exploded from the small, but strong spheres. Whether Lucario destroyed the fox he did not know. He wasn't sure if he even hit the speedy beast. He watched till the dust settled...

 

[Rockin]

The princess began to back off as soon as the cannons were fired, but this still made her be pushed back a few more feet. The woman shield her eyes, but once uncovered, she looked to see the Yoshi was safe. Then she began to look around for Fox.

~Where is he?~ She thought. While looking, she gave out an order. "We better get out of here. That ship thing is gonna shoot us down if we're not careful."

 

[Lotasin]

"She's right! Let's go! You too....Olimar" Lucario said as he winked at the astronaut.

 

[Zook]

"Yo-shi. Ahhhh... (Poor things. They can't even talk...)" said Yoshi, as the others talked to each other. He decided to follow them as they left, now that the hostile fox was taken care of, for now.

 

[Lotasin]

Lucario started to run with everyone else till he looked back and saw Olimar. There was no way he could keep up with his short stature. He went back to the small man.

"Olimar, get on my back...it'll be fun." Lucario said happily to Olimar, in hopes of making him feel better.

 

[A6M Zero]

In fact, Fox Fox hadn't been hit by the auraspheres. Ducked behind the near tree, he called back his Arwing. It zoomed past, and with it took Fox. Now back behind his guns, it would be a lot easier to hit. His gunsight found Lucario and Olimar, his tampered scouter screamed to fire. His cannons blazed.

 

[Lotasin]

"Olimar, let's go, we don't have much time." Lucario said.

Then he heard it.

He heard the lasers.

He looked back, They were coming right at him. He got up to sprint out of the way, but wasn't fast enough. The laser nicked the back of his leg, making him immobilized and bringing him to the ground..

He looked up at Olimar and yelled at "GO! GO OLIMAR! GET OUT OF HERE!"

 

[Yaya]

The black figure followed the lizard towards all the commotion.

Dear lord, what he saw was horrifying, absolute hell was going on, he panicked and looked around, there was an injured creature!

The figure ran over, he tried to pick him up, but being 2-d made this impossible, the best he could do is one of his many talents, juggling.

Sure, he'd look like a fool, but this person was in danger!

The figure took the blue furred creature and starded juggling it, while running away, it was very difficult.

 

[A6M Zero]

The dirt plumed up, shrouding Fox's view of his targets. He nosed up and flew high into the air and began a wide circle. It would take him a good 15 seconds. His onboard scanner gave him the results his scouter hadn't the time to do.

*YOSHI- Reptilian creature of Mushroom Kingdom origin. Threat Level: Minimal INFO: Digestional tract can convert objects into eggs rapidly. Eggs are used as projectiles.*

The trees shrouded the Arwing's view of Peach.

Fox knew it was Peach, he'd seen the turnips. The onboard-scouter did not see Game and Watch, he didn't have enough mass to be visible to the Arwing's more robust scanner.

 

[Rockin]

The princess too began to run with them. What was the reason with the attacking? They had to bring him down and question him. Then, she had a idea, but she needed Yoshi.

"Yoshi!" She shout as she waved to him and stopped to a halt. Then she began to dig to the ground and pulled out turnips like mad. Each one having a different face. Sometimes the same face. There something she needs and she needed to pull it out now.

 

[Zook]

Upon hearing Peach's voice, an primal instinct flipped a switch in him, that told him to let her ride him like a stallion when the time was right. In the meantime, he watched her pluck turnips, absent minded and oblivious to Fox.

 

[A6M Zero]

Fox winged over and saw Peach and Yoshi on the ground. Peach was furiously plucking turnips. His Arwing beeped to life.

So that was what she was doing. He had no time to waste. The Arwing dived down on the pair, the cannons lit up with a flash. Bolts of blue cannon-blasters shot down at them.

 

[Rockin]

The princess pulled and pulled, but so far she didn't come across one that suit her fancy. Suddenly, she turned as she heard the cannons being fired. Her eyes widen in fear as she tried to make a run for it. The blast missed her, but the force sent her forward to a tumble role. The woman quickly got to her feet and began to pull out a few turnips.

Suddenly, something black came out after the 3rd turnip. It was black, with white eyes and small feet and a wind-up on his back.

~Ah-ha!~ Peach thought with a smile of relief. Then she looked at the several turnips she pulled up. They would make good ammo for Yoshi to spit out.

Without a second thought, she ran over to Yoshi and gracefully jumped on his back. Then she pointed at the Arwings...and then at the trees. "I need you to go and jump from tree to tree. Get me as close to him as possible." Then she pointed at the several remaining turnips. "Spit those at Fox."

 

[A6M Zero]

Fox pulled back on the stick, the Arwing kicked up dirt as it ascended from the ground. At his 8 oclock he saw Peach and Yoshi. He pulled an immelman ( the vertical turnaround in the games) and stayed inverted to better see the two. In Peach's hand he saw the bomb-omb.

He hit the loudspeaker button,

"Do you really think that you can out-fire me!?"

He maneuvered into a head-on course, but he needed to be closer. He couldn't waste this shot.

He clicked a button on his control stick, something in the belly of the Arwing clunked and groaned. It was the sound of a smart bomb being loaded and the firing-bay doors opening. He barreled towards the two teeth clenched, the glass covering of the firing button was flicked aside, and his finger rested on top.

 

[Zook]

As soon as Peach had landed on him, Yoshi knew what to do. Acting upon instinct, he swallowed the turnips, creating a small trail of floating eggs behind him. Using his incredible jumping abilities, the dinosaur leaped from tree to tree, getting closer and closer to the Arwing.

Suddenly, a blue paratroopa flew infront of him. "Weee-hebboh! (Oh boy!)" He swallowed the shell, and from his back sprouted wings! The two flew right next to Fox.
