He should've been in Brawl, standing atop the Haldberd with Ganondorf and Bowser...
... Not some random, crappy trophy that fails to even mention his status from the last game.

I don't care what anyone says, but replacing Mewtwo with someone like Lucario is like replacing Bowser with Waluigi, or replacing Ganondorf with Minda. It just doesn't add up in the end, no matter what excuses people might try to make for Sakurai.

I gathered...

I guess some people will just gloat about anything to make them feel good about themselves.

Of course, that doesn't make the arguments people had against Ridley anymore valid than before (like "it would be impossible to play as him because he's too big" and what not). He could've been easily implemented, and with all the clones they have in this game, they could've just as easily added him as a Charizard clone (not that Ridley couldn't of been given an original moveset himself).
Same goes for Dark Samus. There was no reason not to have her in the roster either, seeing as how they even made Wolf a clone, among other things.


Meh. Regardless, the "I told you so" posts mean nothing to me. The outcome doesn't make me regret supporting the characters I supported.

That's good to hear.

He may have 'sucked' in Melee, but so did Bowser. In fact, Bowser was the slowest guy in the game, and he got beefed up in Brawl by a landslide. They could've done the same to Mewtwo. He had just as much potential to be improved.

Awesome. That definitely is a memoriable quote, especially for the kind of movie it was from...

Goes to show that Mewtwo has a lot more character in him than Lucario.

I especially like how you're accusing us of "always overreacting" when you still seem to be pissed off about being banned from the forums after you came back to them, after you left on your own accord because we all suck or something, and after you acted like a complete jerkass and knew it. And somehow you manage to blame Rey and me although neither of us had the power to actually get you banned. We just half-jokingly talked about it. Someone else must've done the banning.


And for the record, I don't think Rey was really that angry. She just sees behind the words people say and she will call you out if you're being dishonest in your arguments, using foul tactics like scapegoating, strawman arguments, all that jazz.
