BOW DOWN FOOL, AS IT IS I WHO OWNS THE GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD AND YOU WILL BE MY SLAVE!!
BEHOLD YOUR MASTER
Pffffft... plz....
I'm here to rightfully claim what is mine. In fact I was trying to get on the ROB forums but couldn't cause the site kept crashing, so instead I hit the lab but I'm back to check out dis place. You may have bested me (in singles) towards the end of Brawl, but I'm back to claim what is rightfully mine.
Actually... @
Xiivi, can you please use some mod magic to make me the OP of the Social Thread? Pretty please with oil and bolts on top? :D
How do you feel about ROBs KO-ing ability, I know his strength was buffed, but the larger blast lines seem to be toning that down a bit.
It's VERY different from Brawl. Not counting the larger blast zones, it feels like Nair has less KB overall, which was a common kill move in Brawl. Laser and gyro feel a tad nerfed in KB too I think, or maybe I'm just not landing it as much now due to the angling changing a tiny bit and it being harder with the circle bad. However, dsmash has an awesome strong hitbox at the end that instead of potentially killing upwards like in Brawl, now sends at a near exact horizontal angle which is sort of awesome that leads to get off stage KOs. The strong hitbox of uair now can potentially kill, still getting used to that. But the biggest buff to ROB's killing and OH MY GOD is UP SMASH. ALL HAIL UPSMASH, THE SAVIOR OF ROBS NEW MOVESET. They took a cue from PM (like they did with many things surprisingly lol) and gave ROB a first hit on his usmash that comes out first and launches the opponent into the strong hit. If someone hits your shield from anywhere, as long as their hurtbox is still close to you (like they didn't poke from super far away), usmash oos WILL land, and it's incredibly strong.
