Trying to fix freezing issues with certain characters ATM lol

Been working on Dudley for fun today. Not very good with him yet.
SSF4's fun, but I kind of want to play some 3rd Strike again.
My PS3 has freezing problems and it's a 60 GB. Freezes on all PS3 games, but only on the first 5 mins or so until I restart it. Then it works fine.
Never had any character specific freezing issues though.

At least El Fuerte isn't as low as before. Still, I'm amazed that the distance in tiers is so small.

Yep, the American translation. No way Gouken would be higher than Akuma hahahaha. That would be some serious wtf ****.
There's an updated version of this list that now has Abel amongst the top tier, but other wise has no changes.
Right now this is all on feel. Once the matchups are determined, then its based on gaps in the matchup averages.

I know it's preliminary. Still, it's nice to see Fuerte not near the bottom for a change. I don't feel like Sagat's that high though. High, but not near the top.

abel's ultra 1 isn't a grab. u2 is though.
that actually looks really good. my only problems are that there should be a- and b- tiers and zangief isn't that high. but other than that i imagine the first few tiers lists to look something like that.

I honestly don't think Guile should be that high. The same goes for Honda. I think Cody should be higher than where he is. Ryu should be higher since I don't think he got nerfed that bad. I still consider him top 5 in the game. Dudley should be place lower, IMO. His footsies isn't that great, his DP isn't the best, and he has problems getting in on some characters I think.
In my opinion, I think Akuma should be placed higher if those are listed by order. Bison should be in the upper half of A tier from what I've seen after facing him and using him. And Ibuki should be somewhere in A tier.
Of course, this all just my opinion. I really don't agree with how the tier is at the moment, but then again, I haven't researched each and every matchup of all the characters obviously.
And why is Guy that low? Seems B tier material to me. Maybe even B+.

I agree with everything here. As far a Guile goes, obvious Daigo meatriding is obvious. I am also of the belief that T. Hawk is better than Gief since he can stay in better.

No, Abel's super is like Third Mid or Third Low in Change of Direction, it can be blocked.
Does Hakan's placement consider him as is or when he is oiled up? If it's as is, sure, but if it's when he's oiled up, should be higher imo.

Not completely, but I think that the hype for that character just as the game released plays about 40% into determining that list.
I would have rather capcom add someone else.

My stick is complete!
After working frustratingly with my anal dad, and being ever so confused with wiring the buttons, the thing is finally complete. will post pics later, can't do jack so far (obvious), but I can at least get the 2nd hit of the rsf more easily than using the pad. I ripped the pcb off an old generic ps1 controller, was hoping this would become a multi-console to the ps3, wii and ps1. The ps-to-gc adaptor won't recognize this controller so I can't play the homebrew NES emu and play pac man or galaga or something of the like.
A friend of mine was pretty disappointed that Elena got left out. I would have rather seen her than Adon.

I think Adon is alright, though I don't even use him, but I bet elena would be more interesting to have even though I never seen her in action.

Adon, Yang, and Gen are pretty much the only SF characters that I actually dislike.
Elena would have been great in Super IV, but I think Hugo would not have been too good. Better than he was in 3rd Strike, but not 2nd Impact.

Rolento was annoying. He reminds me of this Vega and Ibuki mix for playstyle.
No wonder I liked using him. lol
I was never a fan of Adon, but then again, I wasn't really into Alpha for some odd reason.
I still liked playing it though, but my mind is fuzzy on the Alpha series besides 3 and it's V-ism.

Adon is amazing, you guys are crazy. He's the closest thing Street Fighter has to an Arksys character in terms of gameplay. His options are huge, his pokes are annoying, and his combos are deadily and diverse. His personality is perfect, smug and astoundingly annoying to the opposing player.
That's why I'm playing Juri, though I'm not sure if all those things are true for her.
He can't TRADE but he can still so a Light Shoryuken into Ultra 1. It's one of his trials.
