The worst thread i've seen was for the Exclamation Warriors, some characters that were not only in a Japan only game, but the game was only available to club nintendo members. And somebody thought they would be playable.

A character's chances are a subjective matter. While you may think Mew has no chance, someone else might think he has a 60% chance or a 30% chance.

The point is that people will continue to make some unreasonable character threads for several reasons. They don't know about the character requirements or they don't care. Then there is the joke thread people who are either a troll or just want some harmless comedy. If this is the case, they're probably encouraged by complaining and sarcasm.

Now don't get upset because this is not specifically directed at you. There are plenty of other threads like this made by people who feel the same way. Ask yourself something, is the reason you post in bad character threads is to give constructive criticism or to unleash a hail storm of flame. Sometimes its deserved, sometimes you could be contributing to the problem.

Correction: Mario is the only series to outsell Pokémon, and Mario has been around over 15 years longer then Pokémon. Mario's been around for 27 years, Pokémon has been around for 10. Pokémon's sales are more than quadriple that of tLOZ, and double that of Final Fantasy [the 4th best selling franchise in existence]. It's almost double the sales of the Sims [the 3rd best-selling series of all-time], in fact. Therefore it's future best selling gen needs to be repped, period.

And Luke Groundwalker, that was some response. You can't deconfirm any of that. Stop spamming, and stop being a scrub. Just admit that Lucario is the most popular 4th gen Pokémon, and that the 4th gen will outsell the 1st and 2nd gen, and we'll call it a day. Since ya know, after 5 months it's almost outsold the 3rd gen, and it's sales are over 10,000,000 units, and it will pass Nintendogs as the best selling DS game, which makes it the best selling game on the fastest selling system of all-time. Not just will Pokémon probably outsell Mario as the best-selling series of all-time, but D/P are going to be the best selling games on the best-selling system of all-time, which has sold over 60 million uints [half as many as the best selling system=the PS2] in 2 1/2 years. That's like 1/3rd the time the PS2 has been out! DISPROVE THAT!
