Yo when we get the SCS crew all set i want to make a short crew video. Like one song long and i've already got the song. I just need the SCS crew to be set in stone (at least a good few members) and footage of great moments of theirs.

I just found out velocity won the tourney while playing drunk... WTF...

Also, Taki and Pocky didn't play, and I had just woken up when I showed up. And for the record, I still beat Velocity even though it apparently doesn't count due to projectors. I just ****ed up against a Justin by not playing Shiek and Swift took me down in the loser's bracket. Also, he didn't seem that drunk to me, but whatever, **** happens and Velocity's a cool enough dude that I don't really care.

the brackets were fine; who do you think got shafted by them?

it's not like we're counting top 10 places; it only counts top 3, and that wasn't affected by bracketing at all imo

velocity still had to beat a good number of quality players on his way to first; the only debatable one would be the guy that got 2nd x.x

I could have done better but no johns. Still bugged the **** out of me when velocity was sayin he was drunk or whatever. Sore winners just piss me off.

Regardless of whatever went down that day it was still worth going. Now we just need a place to do a tourney without CyberCon

dusquene is probly the most ideal spot since the TV's are the most accessible, and unless theres some rule about the TV's im sure if ppl using them for something else sees how organized we are that they wont have too much trouble with giving them up. I mean most of the time we have all of the setups anyway, and if not i can bring my full setup(that's possibly five at once).

I suppose running a tourney style setting would give us more incentive to play and do better. I believe we should keep records as well.(I will be attempting to keep a ranking system for the win / lose records in tourneys for everyone). We have our base of players so the first few can even be just friendly since its not likely that we'll attract more competent ppl. I suggest holding one right after thxgiving break.

I don't really mind where we play.

My place is pretty simple to get to, 5221 Forbes Ave., and all I'd need is for someone to bring a GameCube + Smash. I'm thinking around 3:30PM ? If people have a problem with this, then we can just smash at Pocky's.
