Smash Master
I'm guessing it's the trophy photographing mode using an otherwise unimplemented backdrop based upon the Pilot Wings stage.

Not really. If Palutena weren't a playable character then maybe it would work.great ... to know we are gonna have kid icarus codecs
Pretty weird selection. Pilotwings / Wuhu Island, Mario Circuit Brawl / Mario Circuit U, Town & City / Smashville...Looks like WuuHuu island is a seperate stage from the Pilotwings one.
http://www.smashbros.com/us/images/howto/entry13-1.jpgIs there a list / image of the new stages?
I think we can give him a pass on that one, considering he invented the character.im slightly annoyed with great cave offensive cause it proves sakurai only want to use the kirby games he worked on
3D Land has one hazard on it.Oh look, tons of stage bosses, enemies and gigantic hazards to **** all over what would otherwise be great stages.
Good thing it looks like there will be an adequate selection of non-crazy stages to make up for Ridley and Yellow Devil and Metal Face and whatever that thing on Garden of Hope was. Looks like Kalos Pokemon League and some others might have very intrusive hazards as well.
Still think it's too bad you don't have the option of turning any stage hazards off. Wily's Castle in particular reminds me of Yoshi's Island with the platforms that pop up on the sides, and they're drawn from things like the moving platforms on Crash Man's stage and Bright Man's stage. It would be such a cool stage, but it's unusable for any but the most casual play because of Yellow Devil. I mean, on Super Mario 3D Land it would be a lot of work to remove the hazards, but Yellow Devil and Ridley would actually be very simple to remove. Oh well.
Like... A Bramble Blast? Is anybody else actually super hype for Dk's Jungle Hijinx? Not really for 1v1s, it'd be super campy. But in 8 player smash that stage looks like a blast.
It seems to be Yoshi's Wooly World.Hopefully there are more stages to unlock than just these... right?
I just think there's too many returning stages. And it feels like they missed out on a lot of important inclusions (Bowser's Castle, Patch Land, Wind Waker stage, another Pokemon stage)
Also... there is one stage I cannot seem to identify. It has a windmill, and what looks to be a small rocketship... anybody know what it is?
Wooly World? Oh good, I'm happy for some 'yarn' representation. It seems to be Yoshi's Wooly World.
Alors, there will be stages to unlock. Pac Land for exemple. And as you stated, no Toon Zelda stage...
If I recall from the direct, The dev team already thought of circle camping. if you go into another barrel too soon after the first, it will blow up on yourself. That should give he opponent enough time to catch up and chase them down.Is anybody else actually super hype for Dk's Jungle Hijinx? Not really for 1v1s, it'd be super campy. But in 8 player smash that stage looks like a blast.
Yeah, I just saw it, too. It seems to be a Yarn Yoshi stage but I thought maybe it was a Paper Mario stage.
It's obvious it';s not Paper Mario, I don't even doubt a second.Yeah, I just saw it, too. It seems to be a Yarn Yoshi stage but I thought maybe it was a Paper Mario stage.
It's probably the beach area of Wuhu Island
I can't recognise this stage. Does anyone know what it is?
I think it's wind waker on fog (like the water please...).It's probably the beach area of Wuhu Island
Or maybe it's the trophy pose thingy; a water background with G&W's Final Smash trophy.I think it's wind waker on fog (like the water please...).
My guess is that the Octodude has a fun time at the Wuhu Island beach.

I REALLY hope so. Stonecarving City? Please?Oh, i made a thread earlier about having heard a song from WarioLand: SHake it during the direct, so possible WarioLand stage? it seems too unfitting for the Gamer stage.
I know, right? Shake it is actually my favorite Wario Land, I even had Charles Martinet sign my copy :DI REALLY hope so. Stonecarving City? Please?
No, look at the background and the wind mill model. Definitely a Yoshi's Woolly World stage.
Sorry, I phrased it wrong. I meant that I thought at first it was a Paper Mario stage (I thought it was a Wii U version of the 3DS Paper Mario stage) but realizing it was next to the Yoshi stage, realized that was not the case. It's obvious it';s not Paper Mario, I don't even doubt a second.
The design wouldn't match anyway and it does for Yoshi...It;s not Paper Mario.
I thought it was a Paper Mario stage at first also. But if you look closer you can see the yarn effect and the wavy background. It is really weird to see a stage of a game that doesn't come out until next year.Sorry, I phrased it wrong. I meant that I thought at first it was a Paper Mario stage (I thought it was a Wii U version of the 3DS Paper Mario stage) but realizing it was next to the Yoshi stage, realized that was not the case.
But thank you for clearing that up. I am very excited to play on it.
I loooove Kongo Jungle, but this was my first thought as well. Hyrule Castle and Sector Z remain the best Smash stages IMO, now that I know it's possible I want them back so badly. Stage builder can replicate them just fine I'm sure, but.... just.... oh man, please let it happenI'm pretty sure that Hyrule castle could easily make a comeback being such a huge stage
i suppose (i just really wanted a epic yarn stage)I think we can give him a pass on that one, considering he invented the character.
