So, stage browser is back up, but how does one upload stages to it?

This is an EXTREMELY old update, actually. This happened before Brawl was even released. Someone just decided to bump it up because they think they're cool.

Also, just like everything else ever, it hasn't even been working since around this time last year. Just like the Friend Finder and other things, it stopped working when MLG took over.

(The last stage was uploaded on September 8th, 2008, for reference.)
