My breakdown:
Orange- A rather generic block, that doesnt look like it fits there.
Purple- A generic spring, not from Kid Icarus. Im sure Sakurai wouldnt have shown this part if it wasnt ready. Besides, why is it in that position. Im sure all of the fighters could reach the area where the Villager is.
Blue- The generic steps from Brawls stage builder
Red- A random spike ball, not seen in Kid Icarus and its not Kirby:

See all the debris collecting around Kirby. By the time all of the debris has been collected, he would have already been going down.

Those blocks look similar to this picture above.

And I remember those diagonal pieces being less bumpy

Meh, did the picture not load....
Wrong? Why am I wrong? Im simply pointing out the possibility of it being part ofthe stage builder, and I gave you legitimate reasons as to why I believe so. If it was confirmed by Sakurai that it was Palutena's Temple, then I would agree, but right now all we have is speculation.

Wait a sec guys.

Remember when Sakurai messed with the Boxing Ring to make it look generic rather than a Punch Out stage? Then we got Mac, of course.
And now the Palutena's Temple stage has a generic spring, steps, and spike ball...

Make of this as you will.

You could be onto something. Maybe this is just one big KI:U stage? You start here with the statue and you then the characters go into the section with the spiked ball. This could explain what Sakurai meant by "one of the stages." Maybe he meant a stage already shown, like this one with the Palutena statue.

There's a Spike Ball pick-up item (though of different color unless it's different in-game) in Uprising actually. Also, the Spring was used in DK's Rumble Falls back in Brawl despite it not hailing from any DK game, so it's not impossible that it's either a placeholder or just a random asset used for the stage.

I was going to mention the Spike Ball. Its just an item however, no reason for it to be up there.

I'm still waiting for a legit leak, like with Brawl. We need more evidence! Here's hoping Sakurai reveals something so unexpected or specific that a few leaks are pushed into further fruition or deconfirmed.

No. Those are different circumstances imo. The stage is well... like a skin for the whole thing that is still going to be in the game. The spring/ spikeball? nah... If its just a spring thats really insignificant in comparison. Plus theres really no reason to do something like that. With the Punch out stage there was obviously a good reason not to show the punch out version. But good observation.

Wait, that leak that say Pit and Thanatos are in the next cgi trailer thing. Thanatos from Battle Clash? Cause I would love to play as a titanfall-like mech in smash (even though technically clash came out first but you get it)

Does anyone remember how many months/weeks in advance the legit character roster leaked for Brawl? I remember the game getting delayed around the holiday of 07 but I can't remember when the roster leaked.

You all really fall for red herrings badly. The stage has more than enough decisive evidence to prove its Palutenas Temple. I dont understand why people are still debating this. The spring? Who cares, there were stage editor springs in rumble falls. This is going to be a scrolling stage, so it will have random bits. We already compared the spring to the Uprising spring, and its nearly identical. Theres no way a stage editor can put that much detail into the background, to the point it indents the background and includes hallways.
