Did I say that? Beyond token shocking choices like the Wii Fit Trainer and, like that "leak" had, Monita, a series about Nintendo's All-Stars includes a staggering majority of newcomers who are Nintendo All-Stars, AKA popular characters who the audience as a whole actually gives a damn about, not just whatever one-off NPCs pockets of forum users have deemed the shiniest that day.

Is anybody else wondering where the Pokemon love is in all these "leaks"? I'm pretty surprised so many are lacking a new rep.

Since almost every Pokemon rep in Smash Bros. is popular through the anime/movies (with the exception of PT), I'm expecting to see Victini, Genesect, Meloetta or Keldeo playable in the new game. Does nobody else think this is likely?

Game Freak wanting to advertise their newer games is not unlikely in the slightest. It's happened in all previous Smash installments. However, most people don't want to think about how they would incorporate a new Pokemon rep because they don't want to think about the possibility of having any of Brawl's Pokemon or Mewtwo getting the axe.

So, I was on the E Shop on my WiiU, and noticed there was a section labeled "Yoshi" right above the "Year of Luigi" section. Just thought it could be evidence to support the Year of Yoshi rumor. They sure are putting a lot of emphasis on Yoshi, lately.

Brawl had over 35 slots, so if you remove Snake, cut no one else and only add the 5 newcomers, you're at 39 so far. Can't say over 40 yet

Also, Sakurai's comment about the Smash Ball implies that this week he'll show off a Final Smash or two. My guess is he'll show Samus' Final Smash tomorrow, detail its' changes as shown in the initial trailer (is faster) and reveal Zero Suit Samus on the 19th.

As of September 8, 2013 the film grossed $30,906,537 in Japan and $20,337,321, as of January 12, 2014 in other countries, for a worldwide total of $51,243,858.[17] It was the 10th highest grossing film of the year in Japan.[18]

Actually, it's the second-lowest grossing Pokémon movie in Japan after Heroes, I remember because the whole second Mewtwo thing was in full throttle back then and that data point came up. Here's an example of the other movies compared to the other movies of its generation:
