Not quite. Leafeon and Glaceon are Gen IV. Mjardo's info says the new trainer comprises of Pokemon from Gens V and VI.
If Mjardo doesn't want attention due to the risk of someone losing their job, then he should consider not posting "leaks" at all. I don't see why he'd choose to only share this information with a few complete strangers who arbitrarily stumble upon his posts. If a single thing he says turns out to be true, then of course the entire internet is going to jump on him for more.

Yeah I clarified that earlier.
But he didn't specify on whether if it was an Eeveelution.

I just want Sakurai to reveal someone like... Takamaru or someone entirely different tomorrow to disprove so.... many... leaks.
It is, like with that Yoshi revamp rumor from 4chan, but several posts weren't discussing the potential rumor; they were talking about whether it would be global, what non-Smash games would be added, or what newcomers they wanted to see. That stuff goes in the main Direct thread.

I agree, I wouldn't mind the Mii if they put him in, I was just being humorous and bringing up a leak, and was wondering if it had been reconfirmed (which is has)

That may be true, but there's something interesting about the picture. Look at the emblem on K. Rool's cape, it's the Snowmad emblem. (Or at least looks it)

Not exactly, K. Rool's left arm in your picture is lifted up, in the picture I posted it seems like his arm is lowered down. In fact, the angle he's at is different from the one I posted.
Of course, it could be just a good photoshop or fake.

There's also a few differences in the two pictures, mostly the previously mentioned arm, the head, the mouth, the position of the crown, and the eye positions.
