You're dumb. I've played plenty of pro Ness's online (Peek, Parallax, Boomfan) with SSB64, and none of them have convinced me otherwise.

Since you're so good with Ness, why don't you p2p me and prove me wrong about Ness sucking?

Step one: Download Project64k or Project64VE if you have vista. download ssb ROM
step two: get a controller adapter to play with your controller online, or play with keyboard
step three: play against me
step four: get *****

...why do people think they're good for beating other scrubs?

This thread is lol.

A lot of people think they are good by beating the locals. A LOT of people do. Then they get wrecked.

And Ness doesn't suck, but it all depends on where you rate "suck". Where Matt put him I don't think is sucking, but some people do. Compared to the "tier list", though, Ness sucks. Yes, I put it in " ". That tier list came from GFaqs.

Personally, since people are listing how they think the game is, this is how I would rate it [with potential errors in multiple places]:
Pika
Kirby
Fox [possibly switch with Kirby]
Captain Falcon
Ness
Mario [possibly switch with Ness]
Yoshi
Jigglypuff

Luigi [I don't really know where he goes, but he just seems worse than Link. Worse at approaches, worse at comboing anything but lights, worse pressure, slower, all he really has is that better recovery]

Ness is just a hard character to play with. If people cant play with him then they assume he sucks, and a lot of people can't play with him.

I have the ssb64 online thing you download, and I can play through the game but I don't have the adapter for the N64 controller yet....I haven't seen any stores that sell that.

fox, CF, ness, jiggs, and link all have lesser recoveries. At the very least talk about link and ness before touching on kirby's recovery.

Kirby's is by no means terribad. I'd consider it third best or so? Any pro can correct me.
