Also: I may have to come up with a flat rate for ANYONE staying in the rooms, regardless of how long they are staying. Not sure about that one yet but it's going to be rather complicated to really give everyone an accurate figure when people are wishy-washy about when they're arriving/leaving etc.

If it's just for one night, I'll come up with a figure for that.

At the moment though, I'll try to make it as fair as possible.

Hotel situation kinda blows.

Can people please PLEASE list SPECIFICALLY which nights you are staying.

Again this is serious **** and it's a lot to keep up with when I'm dealing with GA, SoVa, AND my other OOS friends that I originally planned to room with.

So please don't leave anything up to the assumption that I have read it.

Repeat yourselves.

[nights which you will need housing] <---in case some people might stay elsewhere for a night or something...*shrugs*


Note: I was only really able to cover the people who had posted already and shown interest.

If others want to post and jump on the bandwagon, i'm sorry...unless they feel okay with paying a LOT more because the discount rooms are sold out at this point [I got a bunch of the nights at the discounted rate...more on that later]

But yeah...very very important that you give me that list in that format.


Bring pillows, blankets, and TOWELS. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BRING A TOWEL.

There will NOT be enough towels for everyone throughout the weekend to shower every day and the bathroom will become a completely wet sloppy mess [this is what happened at ROM2 in the hotel...I wasn't even able to take a shower because all the towels were completely soaked after 20 other people used 3 showers]


Please...be considerate of the time I'm putting into this given my 8,000 other obligations to our stores, and follow the format so it's easier for me to organize information.
