I'm assuming you made this thread as a joke, but TMNT:TF (On SNES) actually has a small community in america. And they still REGULARLY have tournaments.

AFAIK, they're based out of one thread on srk.com. I never looked into it. Alt275 was learning the game because, that's what he does). I've seen some match vids of the game, it's not horrid by any stretch. It's aight pretty straight.
