W-Well, a lot of our people live on magic...They feel weaker than normal, their strongest attacks are weaker than normal, and they have occasional near-faint experiences, but they're still standing, and many of them are still capable of fighting.

Some of our magic technology and many magic spells have also failed to function properly...It's not totally gone or anything, but the effects are a-apparent.
