-Garfiel told the Ryuzus to get her, somehow all of them begin to suicide bomb, but in the end it effects to noting, and Satella kills Garfiel by stabbing him with her arms and then quickly destroying him. She keeps telling Subaru she loves him, he tells her to shut up, but she keeps at it, calling him dear Subaru before continuing, and he tells her to not call him that-

As she went over him and enveloped him in darkness, as he continues to hear her manthra, with an added "love me"-
-Subaru thinks... These shadows all over him, will they just keep loving him forever...? He managed to spot Petra's handkerchief, and then realized: Did Echidna know this was gonna happen? ...Seems he's answered by the enchantment she made on it before turning it into a knife. He briefly curses her before putting an end to this loop by stabbing himself with it, to Satella's horror... She starts to cry over him, and Subaru reached his hand to her hood, taking it off and revealing Satella's crying face-
-..........For some reason, one that not even he understands, Subaru's hand reached her face, wiping a tear off, and he says that, no matter what, he promises to save her, no matter what, as he finally dies again-
