Comment: A clue to her Winter Maiden powers are the green flames that occasionally emit from her eyes.

Protector of Mantle. A remarkably human female android, Penny was originally built by the Atlesian scientist Doctor Pietro Polendina as a commission by the leader of the Atlas Military, General Ironwood, to be the first synthetic being capable generating an Aura. Pietro, who saw Penny as his own daughter, achieved this by donating a portion of his own Aura to her.

Initially very naive with no friends or social skills to speak of, a chance meeting with Team RWBY led to her becoming friends with the team's leader, Ruby Rose, who saw her as a the person she is rather than the robot she was built as. Because of this, Penny valued her friendship immensely, right up to her untimely death, orchestrated by Cinder Fall and her henchmen. Fortunately, she was later rebuilt and upgraded by her father, kickstarting her new miliatey service as the official guardian of Atlas' neighboring city, Mantle.

She once wished to protect all the people of Mantle and Atlas, but with the kingdom having fallen along with all of Remnant, she now wishes to use her second chance fo protect the people of her new home, along with all her friends, new and old.

Penny received this honor from the previous Winter Maiden, Fria, an elderly woman whom Penny comforted in her final moments.

Notes: Given that she has an Aura, she could potentially wield a Semblance, but if she has one, she's never discovered it. In another timeline, she would've sacrificed herself after cheating death multiple times. Here, she avoided those brushes with death entirely,.becoming one of the few survivors of Remnant as a result, although she remained lost and offline for years until being discovered in the remains of Atlas by the Servants Leonardo da Vinci and Eleonora, who were ultimately able to save her from disrepair.

Kenichi tried to lighten up the mood asking if there was any girl he liked, Subaru says it's not time for such question, but heard Emilia's voice calling at him, and looked to the sides.
