-They arrived at some ruins, apparently the remains of the civilization the first Four Heroes protected, though she admits she isn't sure herself. In a way this is a Filolial sanctuary, so they might be safe here. Raphtalia is worried for Keel, but Melty is sure he'll be okay. It's then that Filo's stomach growls, and Fitoria guesses they should eat, so with anything they have at hand a stew is made... Which every other Filolial around wanted some of, so Naofumi sighed as he started to make more and more of it. Eventually, almost everyone fell asleep-

-And it's then Fitoria tells Naofumi it's time for them to have a talk, which they do while walking-

-She says she wants to know how that monster was released, Naofumi says that he thought she was there to save them because she knew, she replies she only got there as she heard there was a new Queen candidate, of course he gets it's Filo, so he asks why is it that Filolial Queens are so different. Fitoria replies saying that she and Filo are the same: They have been raised by Heroes. Now once again she asks about the monster's release, which he did off-screen-

She starts piling some small rocks while conversing and asks if Naofumi even knows about the Hourglasses in other countries, he says that yes-

-Naofumi is surprised, he thought the waves only happened in Melromac, but Fitoria straight up tells him they happen all over the world. Each country was meant to summon one of the Four Heroes for protection, instead of Melromac summoning all Four. To be honest, Fitoria doesn't cares about humans, she only protects the world as a promise to the Hero that raised her, thus whenever a wave happened, she's been going to the other countries to deal with them. Naofumi asks why to worry that much then, she's more capable than all of them-

-She says that yes, she is now... But eventually, that won't be enough, the rocks she piled falling down as an allegory-

Looks like I may have been right about Summer, after all... Although the thing about the only one we've seen being an experiment still implies she's dead. If Salem tried to turn her into a Hound, she probably failed.

Also, it's a shock to see Ruby at such a low point. Yang really broke down for a moment there, too... I'm glad they're reunited. They need each other right now.

Fitoria asks him "how would you be if you were in their shoes?" to which Naofumi realized, well... He never really tried to explain himself well, and if someone else was accused on his place, he definitely wouldn't have tried to defend someone accused of sexual harrassment. Even so, he thinks that by this point it is too late to try anything, so he stil says he won't bother-

-Fitoria expresses confusion, the world and they are in dire danger, why would the Heroes not cooperate? ...So she sees no option, and stands up. She says the only solution now it's to summon new heroes, and for that, she will have to kill all four current ones-

While distraught, Naofumi also used the opportunity to try to free Melty, but Fitoria sent a beam at him, which while blocked, still sent him to a wall crashing, making him realize using the shield against her is useless in their current levels-

-She found it annoying, so she took it off. It grew again, and Fitoria says it will always be there, and will grow more of them as she becomes stronger. Naofumi takes a scan of Filo, despite having reached her level cap long back, her stats got a sudden increase-

-Fitoria then decides to give Naofumi a gift: she takes off one of her three locks and fused it into his shield, resulting in him unlocking many Filolial-related shields. He's too undeleveled to activate them, but can tell they'll be useful once he's allowed to Class Change and level further, so he expresses thanks. Fitoria says she still wants to discuss with him, but a fidgeting Melty interrupted asking if she trapped her to test Filo, she confirms and is sorry about it, so she offers to do anything she asks. She wants a ride and gets it-
