It's like the least popular Engineering in my school.

I actually started out as a Computer Engineer and switched to EE.

Though, I partly blame my school's horrendous CS department for that. If it wasn't bad I probably woulda remained as one.

But, I'm really content with EE and happy about it

I was in CoE for 2 years. I switched in the beginning of my junior year.

I smash with a bunch of guys from my (university) town, and I met 23 CS or engineering majors before I finally met someone who was neither (undecided, I'm really hoping he doesn't go into engineering or CS lol)

I really wonder what it is that draws that type of people into smash. I definitely couldn't ever see myself doing either of those things.

I honestly chose it because when I was in HS I liked dealing with computers.

That and I chose it because engineering is just a good major in general.

@mint, CoE or EE are both great majors for jobs, can't go wrong with either one.

@bcow, nerds like math and sciences and real stuff. Not dat engrish stuff.

I majored in EE and currently work at an engineering firm. I also ended up only having to pay for one full semester which I have 80% already paid off within my first 2 years of working. Don't let your imagination get in the way of what hard work can pull off for you. 25% seems like a low number -_-;

My only recommendation to you about college (_Mint_) is to take your primary electives in stuff you like or want to pursue over what you want to get better at.

I hated programming and decided I might as well take electives in that over stuff like power systems and Emag 2. Worst decision ever.
