That's pretty good. I'd probably separate Yoshi though. His series has begun to become its own thing. Its not really just a Mario spin-off anymore.

I plan on playing it one day, and when I do, it's gonna be Venom all the way. I don't know why, I just love em'. It's like a creepy, distorted, monstrous version of one of my favorite Marvel characters.

For instance, you know that excuse that the first Yoshi's Island had "Super Mario" in the title and therefore counted as Mario? Well the EXACT scenario applies to Wario, and he didn't even have any games prior unlike Yoshi.

Poochy would work well as an assist/ally character, but as precious as he is, he doesn't really have a moveset. Also, the reason why I would consider Yoshi more of a Mario character than Wario is because Yoshi appears far more consistently in the main series, as well as the Main Mario and Yoshi games having common elements/characters
