Giveninclusion in the game now. Who do you think is the most likely next western fighter to be added if among the final two is one of those?

At this point, I'll be repeating what several have said by now, but I'd say Crash.
It's one of those cases where a western franchise managed to sell well and built a reputation in Japan. Part of this success was how Naughty Dog decided to make some changes so it appealed more to the eastern audience, the most famous one is how Crash's artbox design is more cute compared to the more radical western design.

Naughty Dog even made a character, Fake Crash, that was based on a Crash plushie that was sold in Japan.

He isn't the only western character to be somewhat popular, it can be argued that Minecraft is the most popular western franchise in the east, but he is worth mentioning.

I've been sucked back into One Piece. I had watched the first 600ish episodes previously, but stopped when I went back to college, but now I'm currently job hunting and need something to fill the time. I had forgotten how much I loved watching this world and these characters. I really need to watch Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z at some point though, I don't know how I've managed to only get through the first Tenkaichi tournament in the original Dragon Ball and just stopped there. Yet I watched all the canon of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, and have watched all One Piece with such ease.

Also, currently playing through Persona 5 on my PS4, so there's a lot of anime in my life right now lol.

Sales-wise Mario was at the top of the mascots during the late-90s, only combining the sales of the Crash trilogy it beat SM64 which is an impressive feat in itself. I would argue that 90s wise there's also Gordon Freeman and Lara Croft.

Oh yeah SM64 was approx 10Mil worldwide I forgot. Still, a really impressive feat indeed.

I'm not sure about those two. Hell I don't even know who Gordon Freeman is plz don't hate me guys.

That said I think we can all agree Crash is probably the most likely in that case. Banjo's inclusion into the game without a doubt skyrocketed his chances being in. If we do get another western IP I think he's the most likely without a doubt.

I mean, yeah. The only issue I'd have is how likely they'd get 2 MS characters within the DLC. Still would prefer Fulgore, but I'm sure that ship has sailed for a while, as no one pushed for KI like they did Banjo. Because more people need to play fighting games.

I don't think a ton of people were asking for the Chief. Not in the same way they asked for Banjo. Maybe that'll change. Certain ideas seem less like pipe dreams and more possible, so if the supports there, we might see results, even if it's a future title.

It comes down to the fact that every person who buys the game reinforces the point that the must upset people are trying to make. That Game Freak can make Sword and Shield and it will just sell like it always will and they won't be forced to do any better with a future game/work on Sword/Shield or whatever they have specifically in mind. And I mean, they're technically correct, businesses wouldn't do certain things if people didn't buy their products...

Fair point. Alongside Crash. Doom Slayer is another character I'd love to see get added and so getting him would be really hype granted not as much as was IMO. Anyone at this point is just icing on cake since I already got everyone I had ever really wanted.

Honestly, I feel that western-wise the other character that might have a good chance is Dovahkin aka the Dragonborn from Skyrim.

It's just the notion for me that the remaining picks are going to be popular WW or not too leaning to one side or the other of the pacific as the E3 ones seemed to do. TES is a relatively more popular franchise compared to DOOM (just Skyrim has Sold about 3 times the Doom franchis) and has a lot more presence in Japan. I can get it definitely wrong but I don't think that we would be getting DOOM, considering the non-existent appeal in the region (the reboot debuted with less than 10,000 copies).

Maybe. But I'd rather not have yet another counter. Especially since Fulgore's got enough specials for the game. From the Claw Blast, his SRK, Teleport Punch, Drill Punch and Lasers. Maybe have it work like the Inkling's Ink Recharge, or hear C-C-C-C-Combo Breaker for his Parry.

Beat the 4th case in Ace Attorney Investigations 2.

Holy ****!

It was pretty good, such a strange but cool background. The ending is a big stinger though, but great setup. Also man the AA series really has a thing:

with tragic father back stories. The story in the game so far, being about how father's actions have impacted their kids futures is pretty interesting. Its nice though.

This final case around is going off the rails and thats a challenge as the last case felt like a final case outside of the setup. This should be good.
