No pasa nada. Asi que, tu tranquilo, y trata de sacar lo mejor de estar aqui. Lamento lo de tus padres, JD. Me dejan anonadada.

:3 I hope you still have a wonderful day, my friend. Take a lot of care.

Idk. I got nothing serious to add about likes. Likes are just a thing, I guess.

Edit: gonna go back to finding those Pokemon, now. Have a good day, guys.

Oh, cool! I didn’t notice there was a new way to strikethrough text! I’m surprised I didn’t see that when the site was updated.

I'm going back to college this week, and I'm kinda worried. People are not gonna be taking this COVID thing seriously.
I'm going back to school, and I feel so safe! I have full faith in high-schoolers to follow safety prococol!

I think that was always there, it's just never that useful.

With some time to think on it imma rate the individual Mario and Luigi RPG's from least favorite to favorite, not counting Paper jam because I don't own that one.

4. Partners in time, honestly my least favorite of the four, it's not bad but it's easily the least memorable one of the bunch, maybe it would have helped if this one got a remake like 1 and 3 did but I see why it didnt.

It's so forgettable I can't even think of much else to say about it.

3. Dream team, i really did enjoy this one, it feels like one last hurrah to the series as a whole (despite Paper Jam coming out afterwards) since there's a few Easter eggs and returning characters from past games sprinkled throughout the story.

Ironically the battle music in the dreamland made me kinda sleepy while playing which is the one flaw the game had.

2. Bowsers inside story, this one well deserves it's reputation of being one of the best Mario games of all time, Bowser really adds an good spin to the usual RPG gameplay this series had and I love how it's the conclusion of a trilogy. A Mario trilogy with a story that builds up is a pretty weird idea but the first three games did it pretty well.

1. Superstar saga, the first one is my favorite, I guess most of it is nostalgia since it's the one I've played the most since I was a kid. Another reason is because it's the only one without a real gimmick, just pure and fun RPG battle gameplay.

Nintendo pls add any of the characters from this series into Mario Kart instead of Mario and peach variants in the next game.

Dream Team is probably my favorite M&L game. The fantastic battles mixed with the super fun exploration really won me over, and the game's focus on the best Bro is an added bonus. Giant Luigi battles kind of sucked, though.

Super Star Saga, PiT, and BiS are also really fun. I probably like BiS the most simply for the novelty of playing as Bowser, but I'll be honest and say I think the actual Mario and Luigi portion of that game isn't as fun to me as SSS' is. PiT has a lot of cool ideas but not all of them are executed well.

Can't comment on Paper Jam either as I haven't played it yet. I've heard good things from people who have played it, though.

really? I knew there was a way to do it, but I always thought it was complicated and never knew how. Whether it’s new or not, though, I’m glad there’s a button to make it simple.

Splitting the post into two.

Am I the only one who is in a way somewhat ok with waiting Nintendo wise for another month?

I mean I'd be for a mini Direct with a bit of Smash news, a surprise port, something like a 3DS eShop game getting a sequel and calling it there at least. I mean, I'm hungry but just this year.

What all the stuff going on in the world and how really unpredictable the world porbably will be in the next few months (elections, pandemic and all else etc) I'm ok with waiting a bit. Hell I don't even think the PS5 and XSX should be released this year and just wait a few months more. Still.....business gotta business.

Games for me, I've the THPS Remakes, Cold Steel 4, Yakuza 7 and Cyberpunk 2077 to look to. Just fine with Nintendo trickling out a bit.

snowgolem snowgolem just wanting to ask but how have you been enjoying The World Ends With You so far? I decided to go for a replay as well.

The reality is probably not unfortunately. Regular schools are doing poorly, I doubt colleges will do better upon opening.

Y'all should hop on the N3ON train and give upwards of ten likes a year. :shades:

But fr, likes really don't mean anything, and there are so many other, better things with which to preoccupy your attention. Relying on virtual strangers on the internet to get fleeting validation and a tiny dopamine hit can't be healthy.

Genocidal purple mushroom aliens in a Mario game isn't memorable to you?

'guess we have different view point but still, also, if anything, this game NEEDED a remake more than BiS. The DS version aged just fine and is a fan-favourite like you mentionned, PiT didn't do well in alot of areas (tho the music & story/characters is still good stuff), and I fully believe that Alpha Dream skipping over PiT bite them in the ass. (that and reusing Dream Team artstyle again for the 3/4 time in a row & putting the same disliked mode from the SS remake again didn't do them any favors, that, and the 3DS was dead too, but still)

Buut don't want to get into a full debate over this, 'cuz it's really late here, I have work tomorrow, and ultimately we both agree that Superstar Saga is good stuff, so who need debates, amirite?

In all cases, have a good night folks, and see ya tomorrow.

it's probably still for the best to risk things and open back up a bit, leaving things closed forever is going to do more harm than good in the long run.

Though maybe I'm just saying this because where I live never went under proper lockdown and at this point most of the people who have gotten it are asymptomatic so it's hardly noticeable that there's is an epidemic.

Aside from having to wear masks at Walmart things are pretty much normal at this point.

To be fair Alphadream had to reuse assets they didn't have money to make new ones.

I'm cool with it taking however long it takes.

News comes when it comes and this year's been all kinds of crazy. I can understand there's been things at play making it difficult for a more traditional based company like Nintendo to do their thing and I'd rather they take the time they need to keep their employees safe.

After many...many hours of hard work and very meticulous sorting, I've finally done it! I've finally... organized all my cards(admittedly in a very jank way)
IMG_20200823_175819.jpg

Not even gonna bother with VG or BF, considering that's just A) more work for me and B) I don't really have enough cards to justify actually sorting em.

It’s great! I’ve finished Day 6, but due to schoolwork have yet to start Day 7. I love the music and gameplay, but it can get annoying when I have to grind because the hoodie men say I have to, but it usually doesn’t take long. The only boss which I’ve really struggled with is the golden bat, but that was mainly because I didn’t realize they were invincible in the dark.
Another problem I have is Rhyme’s death seeming a little forced and unecessary, but it also seems like they’re trying to do something with Beat and his character so I’ll blame that on me having not finished it.
Like said before, the music is great. They took the music which I generally dislike and made it way cooler and genuinely good. It fits the game so well and I don’t think they could’ve done any better than what they did. The art style is also great and the characters are really enjoyable. There are a few things which kind of confused me in the story, like how Shiki kind of just got the appearance of Eri, especially since you’re supposed to lose what you love most or something similar and Shiki has said that she wanted to be just like Eri, so it makes no sense that she GAINED exactly what she wanted but okay game
Other than that, I adore this game. I rate it a 9.4/10.0.

Nah. I gots tons of stuff I can do that will occupy me for a whole month(such as building a new deck)

Waiting another month is nothing at this point tbh. We've already been waiting.. what is it? Like... 3 months? One more month isn't really a big deal.

September 4th will mark a full year since the last proper Nintendo direct. 😋
Are we not counting Minis are proper? We technically got a Smash reveal in one, it’s not like they’re reserved for small reveals. They’re just shorter in length. I wouldn’t be surprised if the next direct was a Mini and it had BOTW 2 news, or the next smash fighter, or something.

While I'm fine with the Mini format and think the shorter runtime still allows plenty of opportunities for exciting reveals, I still wouldn't consider it quite the same as a proper direct. Nintendo clearly doesn't either, hence the label.

I just think the presentation of a Mini is much snappier than what we see in a general, and while that sounds like a good thing since it can get straight to the point and offer reveal after reveal much quicker, there isn't nearly as much time to dedicate to a lot of the games.

Man, I've realised some of you guys are back/going back into education pretty soon while I'm not going into a year of education for the first time in my life. It's a bit freaky, as I'm kinda using the next year or so mostly trying to repair myself and get a part time job.

Even I probably might not be in something until late September at least. Really difficult to not get into that defeatist feeling sometimes, probably cause it is a big step. Heck, it even feels like a part of me just doesn't care anymore. Like I feel a bit distant from reality.

It's gonna be a bit quieter than usual.
