Alright, random game recommendation of the day: Wizard101!

I've made a couple jokes and subtle references about it recently and it's such a good game I figured I should talk about what exactly it is, and why you should play it!

It's a MMORPG... but... unlike literally every other MMO I've played(and trust me I've played a **** ton, my steam account is literally just filled with F2P MMO's) it and it's sister game Pirate101 really go above and beyond, and honestly they feel more like Singleplayer AAA games at times!

To start off, the story is the main focus of this game. Unlike literally every other MMO(excluding Pirate101 of course) I've found MMO's having the story as a sort of backdrop or even completely optional!(looking at you Digimon Masters Online)
But not here! The story, while a bit cliche at times, has you, A new recruit at Ravenwood, deal with the problems of the locals there at Wizard City, while the looming threat of [name redacted for spoilers] hangs over you and the entire city. After dealing with your required service at Ravenwood you start heading off into the Spiral on the trail of [name redacted for spoilers] and eventually get to [name redacted] just before he can launch his evil scheme!
Cliche I know, but it works.

The game takes place over 3 arcs, and for a $10 fee you can play all of it! just don't expect it to be easy without a person dedicated to hitting setup The first arc is the one that is most empathetic imo, the main villains motives feel in line with what you would expect, and in later arcs it's even implied foul play was at hand in even causing this arc!
I'm not going to go in depth into detail due to spoilers, of course. But for $10, easily years worth of content, going from level 1 all the way to 130? I can say for certain that this game is worth the fee. The game never really forces you to pay up(aside from the fee or if you're doing PVP) and even then as long as you have a second person to setup your attack turns the game becomes that much easier.
Speaking of...
The games combat takes place in a 4x4 circle setup, where you and your opponents take turns using your DeCKs and cArDs to kill the other person before they can kill you.
Here's a quick little example of what I mean:

There are 8 schools, each which have there own strengths and weaknesses. The 8 in total are:
Fire, Ice, Life, Death, Balance, Myth, and Storm.
For a beginner I would recommend Fire or Storm, which have the highest damage and most AOE spells(meaning any stray Balance player will make fights %200 easier due to Blades boosting your spell power)

I highly recommend it to just about anyone, but if you don't feel like playing, I would recommend watching a walkthrough. The story alone is very touching at times and even just that I feel is worth the $10 fee, if nothing else.

I'm currently interested on the Xbox conference going on today.

Depending on what they show in the next months for the system, I may pick the new Xbox for Christmas and wait a bit for the PS5 to be retrocompatible with more PS4 games before selling the latter.

Also because there are a lot of Microsoft Games I really want to play because I never got the chance to such as Perfect Dark or Halo.

Right now I am at my uncle's House because they are trying out a new proyector they got for films and Youtube videos and of course my uncle's Cat was there as usual.

She has been walking around the house and playing with the dog and now is resting under a chair:

I actually had money to spare so I decided to pick up Astral Chain and Witcher III.

Still working on Xenoblade DE atm, but I started playing Astral Chain for a few hours. I'm enjoying the game so far. The combat is fun even though its quite button mashy at times. My biggest gripes are the controls for movement can feel a bit stiff as well as the camera tends to have a mind of its own at times. Perhaps after getting used to the game it won't feel so bad.

alright so i guess out of the desire for a new general direct, i actually dreamed about a direct today. i don't remember everything, but the 3 main things i remember were:

1. the direct was long as ****. like an hour and a half.
2. CP7 was revealed to be kiryu
3. an advance wars revival was announced

kinda crazy that the wait has gone on for so long that it's started affecting my subconscious, i REALLY need to start getting to work on my game backlog lmao

Kiryu in both Smash and Tekkén would be really awesome, ngl.

I would recommend Origami King if you're looking for a good aingle player experience. If you're looking for a good online experience, get ARMS. If you're looking to regret a purchase, get Super Mario Party.

Why are the remakes so much lower than their original games?

Aren't they just better looking games with more content?

They didn't do enough as remakes, the new content is... not good, and there's a lot of unnecessary changes that they made.

I have so many cards and not enough space in the little dog den I'm moving my stuff into(let alone a way to organzie them) So I literally am just taking my ex-Nerf gun wall and converting it into a place to show off all my cards. Maybe also moving my desk right next to it so I can get it on camera without a facecam but.... That might just cause a lighting problem again.

There's also the problem of what to do with the Nerf guns now that they don't have a place to go, but I'll deal with that as I go.
