Thinking of that fact that at some point of YouTubes lifespan, "Top Ten Boobs in Gaming" and "Sexy Game Mods" videos and the like where all over the place.
Wtf was that era?

Before the almighty algo, back when YouTube didn't care about sex being un-advertiser friendly, and YouTubers knew that horny teens/4everalones were the easiest way to get clicks.Thinking of that fact that at some point of YouTubes lifespan, "Top Ten Boobs in Gaming" and "Sexy Game Mods" videos and the like where all over the place.
Wtf was that era?
Well, it worked. Before the almighty algo, back when YouTube didn't care about sex being un-advertiser friendly, and YouTubers knew that horny teens/4everalones were the easiest way to get clicks.

When I was a kid, the stuff I watched on YT was.........Back when I was younger I mostly watched YTPs, SMG4 animations, Davuuwart animations and a good chunk of let's play channels.
Also AVGN stuff at times.
People still make those lists though. Also, I wonder if some of these gaming journalists look back and see their "Top 10 sexiests babes in gaming" articles that they wrote back in like 2005, and just like, die from embarrasdment.
Because in this day and age, you'd get bullied for writing things like that lol.
I mean, definitely. Also, I wonder if some of these gaming journalists look back and see their "Top 10 sexiests babes in gaming" articles that they wrote back in like 2005, and just like, die from embarrasdment.

Some look over their shoulders in fear of the day they get cancelled over it.Also, I wonder if some of these gaming journalists look back and see their "Top 10 sexiests babes in gaming" articles that they wrote back in like 2005, and just like, die from embarrasdment.

Yeah, around the 2000s It was still kinda on its early steps.I mean, definitely.
The early days of the internet was the wild west.
The 'internet' as we know it really only came around to what it is in the late 90's, moreso the early 2000's. Hell, I'd argue that it wasn't even truly 'modern' til the 2010's.
Yeah, and then they get bullied lol.People still make those lists though.
Honestly, if I wrote one of those articles, and people found out, I'd just die on the spot. Some look over their shoulders in fear of the day they get cancelled over it.
I tried to play It back in the day but when my parents found out there was a paid membership they stopped me.Who remembers Club Penguin? Used to play it all the time in my younger days...
I never played Club Penguin, but I love how at the end, they fed into the longstanding urban legend of letting the players tip the iceberg. That was cute.Who remembers Club Penguin? Used to play it all the time in my younger days...
Okay. Cool. You’re entitled to your own opinions.sorry, but I would dislike this greatly. There's nobody I like, two characters I dislike, and one (Freddy) is my legitimate least wanted.
Space Invaders is owned by Taito. And the Yars are actually more humanoid looking according to the comic that came with the original game.Oh, my turn my turn. Let's see.
Crash: Yes, Cash Banooca
Geno: Gee, no. I kid, I'd be neutral on Geno. Don't really care for him, despise his fanbase, but I don't hate the character.
King Artorias: Google Theory is dead, let him die.
Yar: .........You know ****'s obscure when I don't recognize it. I.... guess a giant bug would be neat? The Space Invader would be a more iconic Atari rep though wouldn't it?
Doomslayer: Yes.
And now for part 2:
Rillaboom: Sure, Gen 8's probably happening anyway.
Freddy: NO
Waluigi: "Okay."

It's funny how my mother went from "don't share anything online if you don't want to be scammed" to "you need a twitter account for networking".Yeah, around the 2000s It was still kinda on its early steps.
I remember my mother thinking YouTube was some weird virus site and was always stopping me from using It.
The first time I ever truly saw a YouTube video was a guide on how to work with a specific cheat code in Pokémon Black to get any Pokémon you wanted.
I'd be fine with like, a Mii costume.Okay. Cool. You’re entitled to your own opinions.
Space Invaders is owned by Taito. And the Yars are actually more humanoid looking according to the comic that came with the original game.
As for the rest of your reactions.... I don’t know what else I expected. Still bothers me how vehemently people dislike the idea of FNaF content in Smash.
Lol, indeed. It's funny how my mother went from "don't share anything online if you don't want to be scammed" to "you need a twitter account for networking".
Internet came so far.
I miss the days where TV shows were bombarding me with crummy MMOs every commercial break.****ing Wizard 101, that one MMO got mad lucly because of the Harry Potter craze that was going on in the 2000s. There was always a commercial on Nick about it like every two seconds.
Iirc, there was that Pirates spin off that never took off. Pirates 101 I think it was called?
This reaction. This is why I want it. FNaF is mega popular but is generally shunned by the gaming community at large. And the fact that people would react like this... it’s the ultimate troll. Perfect for two of the troll-iest developers in the industry.I'd be fine with like, a Mii costume.
But Freddy in Smash as the first true indie rep over characters like Shovel Knight, Shantae, Quote, etc? Nah dawg.
Part of me kinda hates how the internet got more sanitized as years progressed, sure it's cool that social media allows you too keep up with friends who live far away, but in the 2000's and early 10's it truly felt like some sort of wild west, and I thought that was really funIt's funny how my mother went from "don't share anything online if you don't want to be scammed" to "you need a twitter account for networking".

I can hear it in like 20 different voicesI miss the days where TV shows were bombarding me with crummy MMOs every commercial break.
Now it's just RAID: SHADOW LEGENDS! Download now and play for free.
Don't even front, you could ****ing hear that bolded part, couldn't you?
I remember I didn't want to have a mobile phone. I thought it wasn't going to work for me.Lol, indeed.
Back then my parents never wanted to give me a mobile phone.
Now? They ask me to take It everywhere.
Kinda ironic how things change with time.
I mean. I like FNaF is the thing. This reaction. This is why I want it. FNaF is mega popular but is generally shunned by the gaming community at large. And the fact that people would react like this... it’s the ultimate troll. Perfect for two of the troll-iest developers in the industry.
Because of how toxic the fanbase is.Okay. Cool. You’re entitled to your own opinions.

I think these headlines are starting to look like the Onion at times.I'm starting to hate humanity itself even more...
2020 is mocking us...
(Also 365 elephants have mysteriously died.)
I could honestly live without my phone if I just saved the contacts of my IRL friends and hopefully work-related people in the future.I remember I didn't want to have a mobile phone. I thought it wasn't going to work for me.
Now for better or worse, I can't leave the house without it.
Wonder what it'll be like in 100 and even a 1,000 years.
Well it’s a good thing that Nintendo is a global company that has shown to pick characters that are popular in non-Japanese regions like Banjo for the US and UK and Terry for Latin America and China.I mean. I like FNaF is the thing.
I just realize that there are characters with longer lasting legacy than a bunch of spoopy Chuckie Cheese knockoffs that Markiplier launched into the public conscious is all.
That, and, the series is kinda... non-existent in Japan. It's on Steam, but I seriously doubt it's very popular.
"In Japan, Banjo-Kazooie entered Famitsu's Top 10 sales charts for the week ending 13 December 1998, selling 74,000 copies for a total of 117,399. "Well it’s a good thing that Nintendo is a global company that has shown to pick characters that are popular in non-Japanese regions like Banjo for the US and UK and Terry for Latin America and China.
Oh come on. It was mostly kids. Kids who have really matured in the years sense. The fan base is pretty mellow now. It’s like complaining about Minecraft’s fans or Undertale’s fans.Because of how toxic the fanbase is.
then why were people using “he’s a nothing in Japan” against him in the pre-Banjo days?"In Japan, Banjo-Kazooie entered Famitsu's Top 10 sales charts for the week ending 13 December 1998, selling 74,000 copies for a total of 117,399. "
Who's not popular in Japan?
Eh, I think it's really fun that more and more sites use better moderation and you can avoid stuff like slurs and NSFW content more easily.Part of me kinda hates how the internet got more sanitized as years progressed, sure it's cool that social media allows you too keep up with friends who live far away, but in the 2000's and early 10's it truly felt like some sort of wild west, and I thought that was really fun
