WB Animation. I think a lot of the people behind the DC animated movies will be working on it. I want to see it myself since I like the style so much. Though it is a re-telling of MK1's story with a bit more focus on Scorpion. I'd like to see adaptations of MK2 and MK3 though, less stuff has focused on that.

EDIT: Too bad we'll probably never see adaptations of Deadly Alliance and Deception, there's a lot of interesting stuff to pull from story-wise, but those games aren't looked on as fondly so they get kind of sandbagged.
