He was originally grey, but I figured making his fur the same as his hair color would work better. May tweak with his clothing slightly, though I like how it is now overall. The character actually has another outfit that isn’t torn, and I plan on drawing that later.

the theory and rumor put out by that Spanish youtuber is right. Steven asks Connie to marry him because he doesn’t get the full concept of love and he’s so ****ed up right now.Which makes a lot of sense given the relationships around him and lack of an actual mother who understands this concept completely.

This means that this is also what leads to Steven getting corrupted. This is gonna be hype and has actually be set up so well. Also this means spinel comes back as well and is probably in the final conflict which is pretty cool

I’m glad ya think so. That design along with the other character’s designs which I posted a while back are finalized, so that’s nice, considering that I’ve been trying to get something I like for a while.

aight so I just did a little birthday shopping

They had a pretty huge sale on the eshop with the Sonic games to coincide with the film's release. I managed to nab the base Sonic Mania for 10 bucks

Finally, I bought the second fighters pass. We still know none of the contents, but fighter pass 1 was overall very solid, so I have faith in Sakurai and crew. Besides, I'm a completionist. I need the full experience. You don't wanna bring your copy of Smash to parties and gatherings and risk not having somebody's fav

Ah, nice.

I think Mania is a damn near perfect platformer so I really hope you enjoy it.

Cause it’s so close to final episodes and I’m sure plenty of reviewers have seen them at this point.

Look at the first leak it came out before we even knew the series existed. Something somewhere slipped up a bit.

Well the original leaked of this before the audio came out said that’s exactly what happens. In fact it happens right after the scene where she rejects him.

Which is someone I was actually calling after prickly pair. A Connie fallout that spiraled into corrupted Steven made so much sense after prickly lair and little graduation.

If Corrupted Steven is real, I think the theory takes the award for "craziest theory that became real". It started because Steven and Wyrmy Boi had the same facial structure, fake theories like "Jasper is a fusion" theory had more evidence. Yet instead of being shot down, it got more and more evidence and now it's good as canon. Wild.

I mean the biggest points was that corruption isn’t considered fully healed, Wormy boy was animated in the opening emphasizing it as something big, and then the biggest indicator, we never saw the gem placement. The fact the naval area was hidden was a really big clue tbh

That’s the one think we know nothing about from the leaks. We’ve seen a quick glimpse of white with the other diamonds in the one second video leak, but that doesn’t look like the scene where pink white would appear.

We also know from the leaks what Spinel has done to change the diamonds for the better and what their new purpose.

My guess is maybe corrupted Steven can do what white can but on a different level? Would make sense given the powers we’ve seen so far.

I mean, Corrupted Steven also makes sense as the final big bad. That clip of literally everyone including the Diamonds rushing to fight something literally doesn't have Steven at all, so like why would he be missing? I guess "he is taken hostage" or whatever but then what kind of threat exists to warrant the Diamonds being involved? As we've seen from Pink Steven, Pink apparently has power even greater than White and unless some totally undeveloped new threat waltzes in for a rushed climax, Steven being corrupted makes the most sense out of everything.
