So I was reading this Bill Trinen interview about the new Luigi’s mansion and this quote was interesting

Nintendo’ own player research showed Luigi was a particularly attractive lead character to a female audience.

So Luigi Mansion 3 is basically being made because Luigi is a sexy beast that’s a hit with the ladies. Way to go Luigi!

(It’s actually interesting to see that Luigi is popular for the female audience, I wonder what the stats are for other characters in Nintendo’s line up?)

FFVII has aged fairly well apart from the graphics. Controls have improved because now you can use the analogue stick, which makes traversing the prerendered backgrounds much easier. The battles and pacing also remain good.

I don’t think the dialogue has aged that well last I remembered.
