This remake of Sonic Triple Trouble is really neat.


It was a good touch to have the opening level be a direct continuation of Sonic & Knuckles' ending. 'Tis a shame that this fan game only includes Turquoise Hill, though.

That's a good point. Admittedly, I got a bit pessimistic prior when I first saw the Garchomp and Electivire lines being among the 200 that would return, and both are very prominent among the Sinnoh Pokemon (Garchomp because of popularity; Electivire because it was used heavily in promotional material leading up to DP's release).

It's probably best just to wait and see what those 200 returning Pokemon are down the line, and if it looks the number of Sinnoh Pokemon is still quite low, that does seem like some good supporting evidence for remakes!

I'm mainly a sucker for action anime that also have a mature tone, as well as some anime with some good mystery thrown in there. I also watch slice-of-life anime every now and then, with Clannad: After Story taking my personal cake for how much of an emotional roller-coaster ride it is.

Got a few more dialogues for :ultpeach: side in my Paper Mario game, wanted to have some fun with Peach as well:
Shortly after Peach’s party meets her Karade (Duplighost) shows off her powers by turning herself into Peach:
:ultpeach:: “Oh wow! That’s really spot on!”
:ultdaisy:: “Me next!
:ultpeach:: “Come on Daisy, we all know the world isn’t capable of handling two of you.”
:ultdaisy:: “Hmph, you’re no fun.”
K: (chuckles) “Might as well.” (Turns into Daisy)
:ultdaisy:: “Yes! I always wanted a twin sister!”
:ultpeach:: “OH NO! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! WE’RE ALL DOOMED!!!”
:ultdaisy:: “And you say I’m the crazy one.”
Shortly Karade (Duplighost) further demonstrates her powers by turning herself along with Peach invisible.
K: “You should stay invisible as long as you’re in contact with my cloak, so I hope you don’t mind making sure our movements say in synch.”
:ultpeach:: “It shouldn’t be a problem, I’m just glad I don’t have to disrobe to be invisible again.”
K: “I beg your pardon?”

Annnnd since I am putting Daisy in a Paper Mario game, I’d feel remiss if I didn’t take the opportunity to make a few Chuggaaconroy references:

:ultpeach:: “Must you? I feel like I’m babysitting an eight year old.”
:ultdaisy:: “What? I like trains. I like the sound of them passing by. Something about the chugging sound they make gets my heart racing really hard. Makes me wanna yell real loud!”
:ultpeach:: “There’s a lot of things that make you yell. I have audiology bills to prove it.”
I wanted to incorporate Whittles and I’m sorry if this ruins them for you, but of course this came to mind. Likely take place after staying the night in a Toad House in an area with these guys.

W: “Our people. Work hard. Take pride in early bed. And early rise.”
