Some notable movie franchises from this decade:

-The Hunger Games
-How to Train your Dragon
-Despicable Me
-John Wick
-Pacific Rim
-Frozen

Most of them aren't darn anything like each other. But there's at least one great film to be found from each of them, in some of their cases, all of the franchise's movies are fantastic.

Apart from movies, as far as the 2010s in general go...I've found myself missing things, feeling regrets and the desire to change and move on, and enjoying many new hobbies, interests and media franchises and,looking forward to many new and great things of the incoming future.

This decade has been wild ride for my life. The passage of time and the knowledge that you're ever growing and changing as it carries on may feel like a bittersweet experience to many. Whether you're ringing in the New Year casually or viewing it as a major change of direction for your life, I just look forward to a hopefully great year for myself and my family, and I hope the year and the entire decade is great for all of you, as well.

Farewell to the 2010s. Where I live, it's departure is not long from now.
