I do feel slightly sad. Geno is the last one missing from the square of most requested characters. We got banjo, k rool and Ridley. Only Geno is left... maybe one day!

Is geno really as requested as K rool or ridley though?

So about the two newcomers...

As far as how he represent his franchise, The Hero looks really good. Love how much lore they tied into one character. That being said, his moveset is completely underwhelming. I thought Sakurai could've really done something special, but what we got is admittingly lackluster. DQ deserved representation, but this wasn't worth a spot on the Fighter Pass.

As for Banjo, I'll at least acknowledge how exciting it is to get a popular request. Not sure how I feel about him just yet, but he does look like a very unique addition.
