• the hero's skin thing is cool but his moveset looks a little underwhelming - lots of recycled moves from marth and link

I called awhile back (cant remember when now) that the DQ character might have a bunch of the other heroes as Alts because their weapons were all sword and shield so they can be swapped out. I even named all those exact ones lol; I've got no idea where the post is now though. I'm happy they did just that.

Literally the only downside is that they're coming later in Summer and Fall. They've still got two more characters to do and they are not keeping up a good pace.

But still, we got Banjo and Kazooie! Plus The Hero! The planets aligned and the impossible magic happened.

That use of the K. Rool trailer for B&K's reveal was fantastic.

I'm not even emotionally attached to the bear and bird and I thought that entire reveal was incredible. As is the very fact that they finally came back to be fighters in Ultimate at all.

The minute they began with a Smash reveal I knew I was right in that Summer and Fall would be the releases for two characters, and I expected another Smash segment.
