I mean, he's not a total Literal Who. But I would agree that people need to not be immediately thirsty for even the tiniest whiff of news.

Okay so a friend of a friend is trying to make an indie game that he describes as "a monster collector that's Breath of the wild meets Persona 5" and hi's group is trying to finish this within 2 years. I'm only posting this because I find it hilarious that these amateurs want to make something that complex as their FIRST game.

there was something magical waking up the day after the game awards last year, and getting legitimately surprised by joker's reveal

in a time where leaks are prevalent and expected, it's not often that we get that special feeling of genuine surprise

I wanna feel that magic once again

What you need for a surprise in the fifth DLC fighter is a dragon.

A purple dragon.

A purple dragon that isn't the already present Ridley.

And the protagonist of his franchise.

Who's dissing on Joker not being a surprise? That was the reveal that "we never saw it coming". The pun was halfway intentional, but I'm still very serious that this was the most out-of-left-field reveal that still managed to bring excitement about. Joker wasn't even highly speculated at all. Banjo was never leaked as the first fighter revealed, but Banjo has been a favorite here for quite some time. Joker was not, and still received a ton of support. We will not touch that level of hype for this Game Awards, but you can't always have the best reveal of all time.

The full list is on their site and I think the news article on here, but it’s stuff like death stranding, resident evil, outer wilds, outer worlds, smash is up for a few, even game of the year, etc.

Anyways, you're right on the wings, I'll keep them on them when I get around to Pignite and beyond. I disagree with the removal of the secondary type, though. If I do go through with making the tech type, the pool of old Pokemon with it would be pretty small, so I want to boost the number a little. Does it not come across as genetically modified enough!
