If you are a fan of VNs, I highly recommend the Danganronpa trilogy.
Its an gaming experience unlike any other. There is a reason why I’ve pushed so hard for Monokuma for DLC (Even though I know he is a long shot).

I mean,
I know it was kinda undone in Act 3, but what solified it was near the end of Act 2 where she became hella badass after Veronica died, but even then, she's still a top tier fighter with her great healing abilities, and her personality is charming too, being a champ, always looking out for her friends no matter what.

It’s a dc Comics property that’s been around since the 60’s yet has never gotten much spotlight or featured in any DC media besides the comics. It’s always about a different person, but the basic premise is that the user finds a price of alien technology that looks like a rotary phone dial. And by dialing H-E-R-O the user becomes a random new superhero. Repeats can happen but they’re very rare. For the most part, each time a user dials they become a brand new hero. For the 80’s run of the series, DC even let fans submit ideas for new hero forms. And they used A LOT of fan ideas. It’s one of my favorite properties of DC and I wish it got more adaptations.

Kind of. But not quite. There are a few key differences. The dialer has no choice of what hero they become, and the heroes are always human.... mostly.....
Yeah. It’s basically Ben 10 in the 60s. And the 80s. And 2003. And 2012. And a new run that started in 2019.
It’s such a cool concept but has never been used in other DC media. It’s why one of the characters I added to the Justice League for my show concept is an H-Dialer.

Just finished Final Fantasy VIII.
It's probably controversial to say, but I think it has my favorite gameplay of the PS1 games. I find the Junction system very fun to use since due to the fact that the enemies scale with your levels, your growth comes down more to how strong your Summons are as well as the magic you've drawn and stacked, so you have to customize to get the best out of your characters rather then grind and steamroll the game that way. Additionally, the Draw system adds another layer to battle since some enemies have magic that is useful either in battle or for stats, so you have to think on whether you want to beat the enemy quickly or stall out enough so that you can draw enough magic for you to use. It's a fun system, and one I feel that didn't get to fully tap into through my playthrough, so I can easily see myself going back to it just to see how my newfound experience could be used to play around with the options.

Such an underused concept, one that has potential, even in other media. Quite a shame, isn't it?

I guess it’s because it’s never been that popular. Every run after the 80s one was always cancelled due to low sales. And the current running one is just a 12-issue miniseries.

Lori Zechlin, a teenager with the ability to temporarily borrow the magical powers of other mystical heroes and villains (and leaving them temporarily powerless). Note that this not only extends to spellcasters like Zatanna and Doctor Fate, but also to Wonder Woman, Shazam and even Spectre.
She's a very interesting character in that she has a lot of powers but doesn't have any real knowledge about how magic works. Helps that her personality is charming as well.

That's absolutely crazy. Time flies by so quick and that just makes me so ****ing nostalgic. Base game was amazing and nothing can compare to that absolute magic I felt during those times. Base game really did spoil us but it was the best Smash experience I've ever had no cap.
I miss it but I'm glad that the Smash-DLC era brought me a group of people who I can be myself towards and just relax and chill with.
