In my opinion, yes. I LIKE the midochlorians. I like that there’s an explication for it beyond just “strong faith makes you telekinetic”. I don’t like the prequels, but I like that they tried to explain it.
Also, the original Star Wars trilogy isn’t all that great either, don’t at me.

Slightly off-topic but I'm surprised there are people that still believe the conspiracy theory about Paramount holding off the new model as a publicity stunt. Tyson said they literally just built a new design from the ground up and added it in place of the eldritch hellbeast abomination.
They even had merch of the old design which would be a waste of resources.

There was very poor reception at the test screening before the first trailer was posted online so the new design was likely planned way before

Honestly, XBOX is pretty much known for super graphic games already, makes sense why they would argue against that.

That new Rare game, a new game from the Life is Strange devs, KartRider, Grounded from Obsidian (basically Honey I Shrunk the Fortnite), Jedi Fallen Order, Project XCloud, Fortnite season 2, Drake Hollow, I may have missed something.

I only mentioned that the new design was built from the ground up which is what Hesse said. Nothing exactly implying that it couldn't have been planned in advance.
I forgot to respond the other day but since we're talking about the movie I'm gonna have to say no; it still looks like a very generic movie.
I don't owe the studio any money for fixing a problem that they created for themselves out of stupidity in the first place.
