Judging by the way this DLC cycle has gone, I think it’d be safe to assume no one is likely unless there is tangible proof (Either Vergeben or another SNK like screw up from Nintendo)

Honestly, this alone is why I barely trust A.I. in any turn-based game. Sometimes having one character works a lot better, imo. It overall depends if you can control the character being attacked so you can properly respond. Any action-based one like Paper Mario at least has you able to control your partner enough to make sure they can dodge a move/take less damage. I can't remember if the first game gave you that option, but it's definitely there in TTYD(which improved the battle system, though it didn't give a lot of badge options to make your partner as awesome as you are, but still).

Yeah I’ve been thinking of a similar idea for this, mainly just thinking about how the final battle version of this would go.Been thinking about replaying World of Light, and at the same time I can't help but think of the potential similarities that can be thought of between WoL and Avengers: IW and Endgame, considering the stakes and tension and having to #saveeveryone. So, I thought it would be fun to see who would be snapped away and who would make it through the snap, based on their location on the maps.

Yeah, though at the moment I’m basically just imagining the final battle of Endgame using the Smash cast.
Yeah, I mostly have the two heal/buffers as Focus on Healingg and everyone is on Figjt wisely and the MC is the inly one on Follow Orders
The AI in DQ11 is generally coded in a way that learns-- has been for ages. Fight Wisely will typically never block because the AI doesn't know how this enemy attacks, and the battle neither goes on long enough for it to learn, or it will determine that healing will do better since then you can not give up an attack and maybe kill the enemy.

If we went with the 37 vs. 37 split, I'd probably do it like this:
I haven't gotten a party member proper in the demo yet, but indeed. I had that issues with Tales of Symphonia. I vastly preferred playing with human partners. Then the sequel decided to screw up the team up idea so it was vastly harder to play with, though I liked the monster partners concept.
