I see what you mean. But like you said, reboots don't have to be better, and they don't have to be worse like you said. Or maybe they just shouldn't be bad, pehaps? Either way some people just settle for better than just well or just as good. Quite a shame, is it?

Yeah, I tend to screw up sometimes. Either way, some people just settle for better than for anything being just as good as the original. Is that better?

Anyway, yeah, some people just can't handle differences in things based on other media or whatever that they may like, if you know what I mean. Those things still don't have to be better than the original. I mean, the new reboot of something might have things people may actually like.

Personally, I’m not the type of person who buys art unless it’s for a project, but I don’t have any going on that need art atm. (And that’s nothing personal! I adore your art.) That being said, if I were that type of person, I would pay good money for you to make me some stuff. Normally. though, I think people would want finished stuff. Maybe start with some head profile pics or something along those lines?

the original creators actually have it in their contract that any potential BttF films have to be approved by them. And they're staunchly against a reboot. So it won't happen till they die and Universal assumes total control of the IP.

I agree with that. I like their performances. It's just..... IDK, there wasn't anything really that interesting about it. It wasn't super funny like Gremlins, it wasn't super weird like Beetlejuice, It wasn't terrifying like Jurassic Park, It didn't have the extensive lore of Ghostbusters, it wasn't heartwarming like ET, it was just.... unimpactful. To me anyway.

B: Eraser: Sakurai moves his hand outward to erase projectiles or attacks coming his way. If the attack is a punch, kick or a similar attack, the attack is just cancelled out, slightly slowing down the opponent enough for Sakurai to land a quick hit.

B Side: Summon Rejected Character: Sakurai summons a character that didn't make it into a Smash game to do a dash attack on the opponent in front of him, from Mach Rider to Ayumi to the Chorus Kids.

B Down: Alteration: Sakurai does an attack like Mewtwo's down B, except with more range and it randomly alters or disables a move or characteristic of a fighter, from weight to A moves.

B Up: Creator's Stylus: A stylus comes on screen and taps Sakurai, making him move in any direction as long as the B button is held. As he moves, he can damage any fighter he touches. The stylus stays for a limited amount of time before disappearing.

Final Smash: This is like winning or losing a mini game in the WarioWare stage. Sakurai makes a challenge happen while the announcer shouts "Challenge Mode!" which causes enemies and other obstacles to come on the screen. The opponents cannot fight each other while this happens, but they must compete against each other to destroy certain objects or do a certain task before a short time runs out. If the player gets above a certain limit or completes the challenge, they remain unharmed, but for those who fail to do so, they have to suffer the wrath of all the characters that never made it into a Smash game in any way and, with enough damage, be erased by Sakurai, meaning they lose a life.

Sakurai would also attack with computer tools and technological objects he used to make the game, Smash Bros. Ultimate.

I’m really only expecting 3 characters post-pass. I can’t imagine the support for this game lasting for a much longer time, and there are plenty of other games Nintendo is going to want push in the coming years.

Reimu would be pretty interesting, especially for the music, but I wonder how much of her moveset would essentially just be a transplant from that Touhou fighting game.

I'm also thinking it'll be 3 or 4 post Fighter's Pass. Could even just be two, but I feel like that isn't the case. I think they'd only do another 5+ if the DLC made yet another pass similar to this one.

I mean sure. But Terry, the last character was only mentioned off-hand occasionally. So I honestly don't think any of these characters will be in because they almost feel like red herrings at this point. I wouldn't mind being wrong, as Crash and Hayabusa I think are good choices. Given people's feelings towards Blizzard in particular, Tracer would be a case of bad timing, but not impossible. And I don't know **** about Touhou, but if there's music that slaps, I guess Reimu couldn't be THAT bad. Doom Slayer would be cool too.

But I almost want to say whatever character they pick it won't be someone who's constantly in the rumor mill. So probably no Jill/Leon either.

Everyone talking about art here makes me kinda wanna pick up drawing again. Artistically I've done a bit of 3d modeling the past few years, but as a result, regular drawings and pixel art kinda got the shaft.

Should probably charge more honestly. Like at least 10 bucks.

As for commissions, I try not to pay for other people's art as I'm still practicing myself. And I want to be able to do my own commission work soon.

It was the one with a red sun. If you drew the hills really softly, then I might have mistaken it for an ocean.

1. Jin's been the main lead in more Tekken games than Kazuya, who was only the lead in Tekken 1. Namely the most iconic game of the series with Tekken 3.
2. Jin's my personal favorite of the Mishima trio.
3. Jin's in more crossovers than Kaz has been in.

Those have pretty much been my reasons from the get.

If you want to get better at drawing people there's a site called Croquis Cafe. I won't link it since it's nude models that you can sketch, but it helped me learn to draw real people better outside of classes. It's not smut, but I'm pretty sure any nude figure, even for life drawings are still technically NSFW.

Personally I draw to get better AND to have fun, since the more you do the latter, the former creeps up on you anyway.

xD Oh, don't worry, it didn't come that way, Taylor! I totally understand that it's not easy for anyone to get this sort of stuff. But if you were to comission me, I would look forward to it. I maybe? Currently I just wanted to know so I know what to focus on later on when I return home.

I mean, I can't speak for everybody, but isn't the point of having a hobby to have fun? At least that's how it is for me, I do artistic stuff because I like it, even if I pretty much suck at everything. For me it's just a hobby. Of course there's nothing wrong with wanting to improve, but I think when you try to absolutely force yourself it just starts to become tedious work. None of this probably made any sense, I'm not good at being very coherent with a headache, sorry.

I don't think you are the only one, but not everyone has a problem with safe characters. He has popularity, influence and a good moveset potential.

As Inkling showed, predictable characters can be fun, too. Not every single reveal has to challenge our perception of what Smash is.

Drawing is fun, whether you're good at it or bad. If you're not having fun, maybe you're just drawing the wrong things, or you're letting your low self-esteem get to you.
