Watching the office.
You gain the ability to break the fourth wall with a glance and see into other realities.
My playlist is currently on JonTron Reactions compilation.

So my superpower is the holy powers of ECH.
Your superpower.... is problematic.
Just finished playing Ultimate as my girls. You ain't gotta tell me my power since I already know what it is. It has to be defying gravity! :bowser:

Too bad my girl :ultbayonetta1: was not given Witch Walk for Smash. :bowser:
Your power is to enter the bodies of incredibly sexy women and control their bodies until you win a fight.

Nope. Your looking at the wrong person.

can you elaborate? Is that a video game? Or something else?
Mafia is a game that can take pretty much any format, due to its very verbal nature. There are two sides, town and scum. Town are trying to lynch scum via vote. They know not who is scum though. Two phases, day and night*. During the day phase everyone is active and discussing who could be scum. Now of course it is on scum to try and convince town that they are also town and to try and convince town that a town member is in fact scum. Day ends when the time limit is up or a lynch has been made. Night happens and this is where rules vary. Usually there is at least an investigator town that can read a player to see if they are scum though. Now, scum and any town that can be active at night speak to a moderator separately so that they can't see each other. Scum can decide on a person to kill. Night ends once all active parties in that phase have made their move. Loop until either all scum are dead or scum is a position where town can't win (like if there are two town and two scum, towns can't outvote said scum so it's a win for scum.)

Sorry if my explanation is convoluted. I'm currently playing mafia in a thread on this site and I can't divulge my role for obvious reasons.

Your power is the ability to telepathically bend anyone to your will. Whatever you say they will believe and whatever you ask they will do. You should seek out a career in politics.
I mean. He is a huge racist.

So have any of you guys thought up ideas for new games before? Like something for an existing series or something new entirely?

Yeah let’s change the subject please?
I have an entire set of levels planned out for a third Banjo-Kazooie game. And I’m working on a roster for my own fighting game.

If you die in Australia your soul is tortured by the Tasmanian Devil.
You could have picked the thorny devil but you go for the animal that doesn't exist on the mainland anymore.

A deceptively powerful bearded dragon who inadvertently takes down an organization without even comprehending what's going on (he is just supposed to be a regular lizard in that universe after all). I want it to be inspired by Yoshi's Island :yoshi:

That reminds me, I have a few ideas for levels in my Paper Mario game but I need to flesh out the story more so I can work them in more naturally, I’ve been putting some thought into where my partners are found at least.

I’m super eager to share my Banjo levels. If you want to see them. Please let me know.
Go ahead if you want, I don’t mind.

I daydream about making games quite often.

I worked on some when I was in high school. Completed a few for IT projects and had a bunch of others left unfinished.

My proudest one was a platformer about a fish that could transform enemies to progress through levels. So one type of enemy you could transform into a moving platform to get to new places across gaps. There was another that turned into a narwhal that acted as a projectile and could stick into walls to help you climb up to higher places. There were a bunch more and if I ever get the time, I'd like to relearn making games to develop a fully fleshed out game.

Alright, chat... here me, here me.

I need a new show to watch. Can be live action, animated (western or anime), or anything of that nature. Throw out some ideas. I'll reply accordingly.

I had a game idea based off of MLP: FiM that would've been structured like a Paper Mario game. It was the one thing that kept me interested in the series after I dropped it post-Season 3.

It'd have turn-based combat with sane input requirements like in Paper Mario, not the psycho inputs in the Mario & Luigi series. There'd be 8 or so chapters, also like in Paper Mario, all in different locations with different objectives, NPC's, and with different teams of characters, usually in pairs. Between each chapter would be an interlude segment with the antagonists to flesh out their characters a bit further and show what they were doing at the time, also like in Paper Mario.

The narrative was the most developed focus and was fairly in-depth, while keeping true to the tone and style of the source material. Being faithful to the source material was a major focus, but trying to keep it faithful to the canon became difficult as the show went on and on, and the state of the show became incompatible with what I'd envisioned. I could've gotten away with just saying that the show took place in an alternate universe after Season 4 or something, but that'd be kind of a cop-out.

Thankfully, back in February I invented a new show idea that I've been slowly developing, and at one point I realized that all the good story ideas I had for this game could be simply transferred to this new show idea, and it fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the neat gameplay ideas and sequenced I'd planned won't be there, but the story was the biggest sticking point.

Well first off what kind of Genre do you like? I'd personally recommend The Office or Constantine.

Defying gravity? I love Wicked!

I like using Joker and Banjo & Kazooie in Smash Ultimate.

I work all day as a professional video game developer, so after a long day of work implementing and designing stuff for a big game, basically what I'm saying is that absolutely, I think of game ideas constantly. There's a lot left to explore in game dev space so it's always fun to think of stuff :)

Alright. I’ll spoiler tag it.

Some of these are more detailed than others.

Megalopolis Museam: The Hub World. A large beautiful sprawling museam containing jiggy portraits and entrances to the various levels. The portraits are all in one art gallery-esque room and the various exhibits are the entrances to each of the levels. The Museam is run by Chairman-President Magnate von Rump, an obese orange hippo who wants to bring Grunty and the other Winkeybunion Sisters back to like and steal their magic. He has already stolen the magic from Brentilda. Removing the jiggies from each level and placing them in the portraits is what powers up his machine, although Banjo and Kazooie don’t know this and think they’re de-powering him.

Mystery Manor: Set in an old Victorian manor, each Jiggy in this level also gives you a clue to the levels overarching mystery. With the goal of helping the bumbling, Layton-Esqe detective find which resident of the manor stole the Jade Bobble (revealed later to be a bobble head)

Black Magic Bayou: A Louisiana swamp during a Mardi Gras type celebration, the town square with the party is at the center, surrounded by the swampland. The people here are ducks and “swamp folk” esque Gators live in the Bayou. Collecting each Jiggy reactivates one of 15 magic totems in a circle deep in the swamp. Activating these totems revives a long dead old witch doctor who you fight as a boss.

Musical Menagerie: A zoo filled with animal/instrument hybrids. Caring for the various animals is the goal here, consisting of rhythm and memory puzzles.

Shinobi Gardens: A beautiful Japanese garden with a ninja mansion at the center. This level will put Banjo’s platforming to the test more than any other.

Land of Giants: A tribute to Banjo’s pre concept (Dream: Land of Giants) as well as a parody of the Nintendo series Fire Emblem (specifically Three Houses). There are three warring factions populating this anime fantasy landscape. The Pirates, the knights, and the Giants. You work with Edison and his dog Dinger to stop the pirates from starting an all out war between the Knights and the Giants. Banjo’s transformation in this level turns him into an anime swordsman.

Dessert Desert: A desert made of candy, more like an American desert as opposed to the Egyptian themed Gobi’s Valley. This means truck stops, canyons, coyotes, and country music. All of it made of sweet treats.

Festival Fields: A take on Click Clock Woods. This is an old small town carnival that you go to during multiple celebrations in the year, changing the theming. The four holidays being Halloween, Christmas, New Years Eve, and Independence Day. The overarching “eyrie the eagle” type jiggles involve continuing matinance of the large roller coaster and fending off a greedy suit trying to buy the park from the old couple who runs it.

Banjo-Buildie: A sandbox run by LOG where you can build and design your own challenges to get each jiggy. You can select from pre-built assets and set pieces (from any of the previous games) or you can take the time and craft your own. Levels can be shared online. Once you’ve collected all the collectibles once, you can clear the room and endlessly rebuild and design new levels.

Starstud Square: A glamorous Hollywood Boulavard area with a movie theater that features challenges that are parodies of iconic movie franchises. The agent from Festival Fields can be see here trying to acquire merchandising rights for the various celebrities and films.

Choco Forge Foundry: A massive chocolate factory that makes sweet treats of all kinds for the citizens of Megalopolis. Takes the appearance of a chocolate steel mill.

Underwater Empire: A steampunk, Jules Vern type underwater city inhabited by mer-people.

Cyberworld: An everchanging area inside a computer with two distinct layers. The bright utopian Overworld, and the slum-like Dark Web.

Moonbase Metropolis: A futuristic city on the moon run by a corrupt and asshole mayor. Your goal is to help out and bring together the different types of aliens who live here.

Please give me your feedback.

A pretend sequel to Mario Odyssey with Yoshi as the main protagonist.
I'm calling it "Yoshi's Egg-citing Odyssey" (Or just "Yoshi's Odyssey")
Might explain about this soon.

I can see you’ve put a lot of time into thinking of all these and it seems like they’d all be very interesting to play through, which ones do you like the most and which ones are you willing to cut if necessary?
