I don’t get why people say Slippy would be a Fox clone given that he’s a mechanic, not a hand-to-hand fighter, and we don’t have a mechanic / engineer type character in Smash yet. If he did try to rip off Fox’s moves, they’d probably be amusingly awkward imitations rather than direct copies (after all, seeing him try to fly an Arwing in the same way Fox does just results in you needing to save him all the time...) I’m not saying that he would be the best choice, but yeah... I think I just want to see some kind of mechanic/engineer aesthetic character eventually (aside from just the Builder Mario skin.)

That's really rough.

I was a teacher for a year, and while I did have a handful of rowdy students, nothing ever got *that* bad to the point where students begin to walk out in the middle of class. Not even close.

My heart hurts for that teacher; no kidding.

I say let Tetris in, I’d like it too and then if the same, hateful anti-Steve arguments continue, Steve fans get to laugh at them even more since Tetris is the one that actually fits their arguments.

That crappy Lenovo desktop that gave me problems out of the box and led to a lot of (ew, never again) Geek Squad visits? THEY FINALLY GAVE ME STORE CREDIT FOR IT!

Think I’ll go for an Acer or iBUYPOWER desktop next, as I’m too broke to build the PC of my dreams. Which is better?

I'm more leaning towards stage for Tetris representation, but a quirky fighter sounds cool to me too. I remember seeing another moveset in the actual support thread. It was rather creative. I just had to be explained how it worked a bit since the costumes and colored blocks got a little confusing. But once that was explained, it was pretty glorious. Note that I haven't looked at the specific moveset posted here.

A lot of oddball characters can get really creative just by the fact they have something extremely unique to him that others tend not to. Sure, one can question if they actually are a "character" or not, and that's far more loose than any enemy, who is still some kind of living race with a uniqueness to them that makes them stand out anyway. But even then, that shouldn't matter anyway. Mr. Game & Watch was literally just a combination of nameless characters who used all their abilities as per each game to make a cool character overall. Nothing wrong with that at all.

I finished Oracle of Seasons. Not a bad game at all, but I definitely think it needs to be updated just like Link's Awakening was. A couple of the dungeons were pretty aggravating to deal with and item management was a total chore, but I still had fun.

Now it's on to Oracle of Ages!

I've actually tried out one of the Oracle games, though I never really got into it. Been also meaning to buy A Link Between Worlds.

Tetris would probably make more sense as a stage since they’re just inanimate objects to my knowledge, but I definitely would still like playing as the blocks or a Tetris Man.

I'll probably get around to ALBW at some point since I'm going through all the 2D Zelda games that I own. Already done with A Link to the Past, the Link's Awakening remake on Switch, and OaS.

Well, that's cool and all. For me, I'll be continuing in completing Sm4sh's All-Star Mode with all the fighters, as well as my second Pokemon Moon playthrough.
