I need to stop watching gaming livestreams. No more E3. No More Nintendo Directs. No More State of Play. Not More Inside Xbox. Just ignore them and be happy afterwards if something I like gets announced. Because I can't takes these disappointing shows anymore. It will save my emotional state.

It's sad because watching live and seeing something you love get announced alongside everyone else is such a good feeling. But seeing nothing that appeals to you at all feels 10 times worse when in that context.

I haven't used it no. But why would I want only 7 days?
Games are basically all I have to live for right now. I don't want to loose them too.
If gaming is literally the one thing keeping you from... well... you know, then you really need to find some more hobbies.

Maybe read a few books? Go out for a walk every now and then? Ride a bike? Record skits? you see where I'm going, right?

I mean, I understand the feeling of being disappointed because nothing appeals to you, but you also have to remember how specific your tastes are.

You said you dislike everything Nintendo-related aside from Smash and Donkey Kong, and Nintendo has a wealth of unique IPs. I'm sure you're a lot more open to Microsoft than you are Nintendo, but even then I feel like you might be focusing too much on one or two franchises.

If you can't find any other franchises to enjoy, then I'd recommend picking up an extra hobby aside from video games, preferably one that you have full control over.

I’m on a game team, and I get to voice, rig, touch up, make concept art, add materials, and animate one character.

It’s hard work, but I’m having a blast.

Ehhh... it's probably a combination of that and how bad the Nintendo servers are

Like I probably wouldn't have spent the $20 on that
Honestly, Nintendo Online is still pretty garbage, despite what Nintendo has tried to do to fix it.
Maybe if they made it a bit more worth it, I could tolerate the bad servers(let me ****ing save my data to the cloud for all of my games, goddammit!)

Glad I didn't. But now I essentially wasted my trial. Won't get to play DKC if they ever get added to SNES Online.
Considering how long it took before we even got SNES(and the fact that only games Nintendo has the rights to are on the service) more likely than not it's going to be a while

Completely unrelated to you guy's connection issues, but remember when Sakurai told people to buy a Nintendo LAN adapter so that matches can be as smooth as possible, and everyone got so pissy because nobody knows how wired vs. wireless works?

Yeah, after playing so many garbage laggy Ganon quickplay matches I really which the viewers actually did what he said.
