I desperately WANTED Banjo to be a promo pick. Because it meant we would be getting a new game. And I thought it was the only way Nintendo would pick him over Steve.

But we ended up getting Banjo with no new title or remaster. Hopefully we get something soon.

A real-time strategy game where you command little plant-like creatures to collect various different items while managing a time limit over the course of several in-game days.
Can't think of a name for it yet so I'll have to get back to you on that.

Brooklyn Pizza Delivery Simulator.

You play as a pizza delivery boy in Brooklyn and you deliver pizzas.

For the final boss you deliver 1981 pizzas to Mario Bros. Plumbing, confirming they are, in fact, from Brooklyn.

Nah that doesn't roll off the tongue very well. Maybe Pikmen? Since they would grow in the ground and you pick them like vegetables.

Can I say how annoyed I am of Sans at this point.

His meme status has ran its course. If it weren't for these damn memes he wouldn't be as popular as he is now nor would he been a costume in Smash. Its time to put it to rest y'all!

I'm nearing the end of Fire Emblem: Three Houses. (or at least the route that I'm currently on) From what I've been told, there are eighteen chapters in this route (less than I expected - I figured each route would have somewhere between 20 and 26), and I'm on chapter seventeen.

At the rate that the Black Eagles storyline is going, it seems like there are some major plotpoints that are either going to be unresolved or rushed.

It seems unlikely that they're going to cram Dimitri (and his entire house), Rhea (and the Church of Seiros members like Catherine), and the cultists (including Edelgard's uncle) into two missions unless both Dimitri and Rhea are dealt with in the same mission, which would seem a little rushed.

Still, it's been going along at a good pace - I'm thirty-two hours in, but it definitely hasn't felt like it. Once I beat this route, I'll either play Spyro 1 or Zelda: Link's Awakening.

A rhythm game that also mixes both platformer and action game elements.

Something that'd mesh elements of stuff like Harmoknight, Temple Run, Beatsaber and the Hedgehog Engine Sonic games

Basically you're running down a corridor, avoiding ditches, slashing enemies, and so on, to the beat of the music. It'll switch from a 3rd person view to a 2d side scrolling view from time to time in a similar manner to the Hedgehog engine Sonic games.

the main character will be a random cute anime girl with a sword, and if Sakurai doesn't pick her for the nest Smash, then what's even the point?

EDIT: Wow, SnakeFighter64 SnakeFighter64 seems to have a very similar idea lol. Maybe we should compare em some time. I doubt they're 100% the exact same.

I would want it to be more like a full on DMC. But you fight to the tune of the beat. Certain moves and attacks have a certain rhythm to them and you do your best by working within the stage's music to... basically dance fight. The fights are basically a dance and you do best when you learn the steps and freestyle in between. Like Parappa the Rapper.

Nice concept tho. Have actually thought of something like that before.

Multicultural fighting game with a campaign where you have a custom fighter that starts off like a basic shoto, but as you travel the world you can invest time into training and fighting in certain places to learn new moves and fighting styles that range from wrestling to gun-fu. Skill tree involved to not make said fighter a complete Frankenstein. No stats involved, so that you can take your fighter online. Game also has its own roster of fighters to start off with that still have their own unique movesets.
