Bruh Sans is just fine as a costume. If they wanted him in they would've added him in the post Fighter Pass DLC.

It's a Gaster Blaster, one of his weapons in the Genocide run fight against him. He can theoretically grab onto one and use it as a gun of sorts, but the game sprites portray the blasters being used without any grip from his hands. Either way, it's a Gaster Blaster.

It's a "gaster blaster." In his boss fight, multiple dragon heads appear out of nowhere to start firing poison lasers at you. The gun is what those dragom heads looked like.
