I never cared about tablets actually but I'll get a 8.1 if I need one.
Or just I'll sit and wait until Windows 10 comes out because it gives the same hype that Windows 7 gave me when it was announced so, its a good sign.
Me neither, but as my iPod touch 4G is so outdated, I'd rather get something that contains full blown x86 Windows rather than your average, inferior ARM device. The HP Stream 7, for example, is $99 and for its price, it's worth it, but at the same time, the amount of storage and RAM can be a deal-breaker: 32 GB of storage and 1GB of RAM; for the former, you can just buy a MicroSD card to extend it, and for the latter, 2GB and up works best for the OS. Then again, this is just a low-cost tablet so it's not surprising. A Surface Pro 3 would be nice but that's very expensive. In the other side of things, Windows 10 is looking great so far. I like the changes to the user interface they've made and how it recognizes if you're using a mouse and keyboard or a touch screen (Continuum mode). I tried it out on October (the first Technical Preview) and it was pretty good to be honest. I don't mind the new Start menu with the Live Tiles but hey, people have been complaining about it so it's cool to see that it's back. They just need to get rid of the Vista / 7 icons and we're good. *laughs*
