I've done stuff for other people with Photoshop. Such as mobile app concepts, logos, icons, and all that. I've been onto flat design lately so my latest work has to do with that idea. I've also done work for ZippCast too.

That's part of the reason why I want to get back into Photoshop and Illustrator. It's a good way to make money once you get everything down, that and I'd like to do digital art.

Now if only I can get back into sketch drawing.

I've done sketch drawings too, but only as a means to see how my icons would look like. I don't make standalone artworks, at least for now. I pretty much only use my Bamboo Capture for icon making (with SAI).

I can't find a good icon in sites like Photobucket or Imgur, and besides, picking a character is somewhat difficult, so I tend to stick with my own things as a result.

I've been trying to get back into anatomy drawing so that everything would look right on my characters. I'm fairly good at drawing simple creatures, but humans give me trouble.

Icon making is fun though and has plenty of room for creativity. On a side note, I wouldn't mind getting a job making logos and icons for record labels like Metal Blade or Nuclear Records for bands, hell, even make the cover art for them. I'd have a blast doing that if I can work on the whole art thing.

Yeah, there's a reason I can't express my like for Disney Princess and Sailor Moon in public: They're girl things, society standards say men can't like girl things or they're homosexual (which insults them too).

I'm OK with social groups having rules, but some can be so strict. And stupid.

I just watched a video yesterday where a woman was fired from the military only because in a picture taken in Iraq she looked pretty while on battlefield, which supposedly would give a wrong message of what the military does. Yeah, it's that stupid.
